The living area invites easy evenings, with a comfortable Koala sofa positioned opposite a large TV for unwinding after a day out. The sofa converts to a queen-size sofa bed that can be prepared on request for an additional fee, offering flexible sleeping options while keeping the space feeling uncluttered.

The kitchen is sleek and well-equipped, featuring an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, air fryer, Nespresso machine, and cooking essentials to support everyday meals. A central island bench doubles as both a dining table and a workspace, ideal for casual meals or remote work sessions. Step outside to the spacious balcony, furnished with seating for six—perfect for morning coffee, alfresco dining, or enjoying fresh air.

The bedroom is partially separated from the living area by a sliding partition, allowing privacy while maintaining an open feel. A queen bed with a Koala mattress and soft lighting set the tone for restful nights and slow mornings. The bathroom is contemporary and clean, with a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries to make daily routines easy. A private laundry with a washer and dryer is neatly tucked away, adding convenience for longer stays.

The studio is located on Level 9 and is accessed via lift. While there is no on-site parking, Green Square Station is just a five-minute walk away, and local dining options and the Green Square Library are also within easy walking distance.
