”Itse huone oli suorastaan upea! Sänky todella mukava. Mutta ilmastoinnin puutteesta suuri miinus, katossa oli toki pyörivä fan mutta tämä ei mielestämme riittänyt vaikka ei edes ollut superkuuma päivä. Meille tuli myös yllätyksenä että tässä oli jaettu kylpyhuone mutta kun katsoin jälkeenpäin tiedot uudestaan niin kyllähän se oli ilmoitettu. Itse kaupunginosa ei kovin kiva, aika paljon epämääräistä jengiä ja kivaa ruokapaikkaa ei meinannut löytyä. ”

”Good air conditioning, well located for where I wanted to be (easy access to both city, but also Bondi Junction and beaches inc. Centennial Park). Comfy room. Downsides - some of the bits in the room felt a bit dated (fraying carpet, faded signage, old phone) and there was no remote control when I arrived for the TV - though this was promptly brought up when I requested it. Also I called 3 x without answer on Fri AM to request an iron so never got that.”

The walls were a bit thin,but as the area was really quiet,there was no trouble at all. "Huone oli epäsiisti. Lattialla samat roskat koko viikon. Huoneeseen pääsi itikoita, torakoita ja muita pikku hyönteisiä. Huoneiden äänieristys erittäin heikko. Pyyheliinat olivat pajanhajuisia. Aamiaisella ei tuore kasviksia. Aamuyöstä joku yritti tunkeutua huoneeseemme. Onko turvakameroita?"

There was only a sign to say to call them if needed. This was a huge problem for me, since my international phone plan did not work and it lead to some incidents: -I had to wait in the lobby 45mins to check-in even though I was there only 30mins after the official check-in time. -In the room I was given the bathroom smelled like sewage for two days before I saw somebody in the reception to have it fixed. -I had to ask the cleaner to get the receptionist so that I could find out what was going on when I was switching rooms (the first one was very loud, even with ear plugs) The worst incident however, was when my hotel room door was left open. I told three different receptionist about this, but did not receive any message from the management. I had to ask for it specifically. If this incident was truly "taken seriously" I would have assumed they would have reached out to me, but they did not. Additionally, I found it quite peculiar that they could reach out to me thought the hotels.com chat when asking for my email for the manager to send me a generic response but they could not do it while I had a confusion about the room change issue. Will not be staying here again."
