”We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, but it was close to shops and food outlets and close to where we were going for our event. Nothing remarkable about the accomodation or the location.”

”Highly recommend the Sandstone Apartment as a place to stay. Location is amazing and only a quick walk to the beach. The apartment exceeded my expectations in its size. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Loved the décor and the framed sandstone. The Host was super friendly and helpful. Look forward to staying there again in the future.”

”When we arrived at William's property we were so happy that we had booked it. It was absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of space, close to the beach and strip of Bondi, bus in both directions outside and a Nespresso Machine. The communication from William before and during our stay was really appreciated and he was making sure we had everything we needed. The property was nice and spacious for us with a nice big washing machine and plenty of drying space. We cooked breakfast each morning...

”My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed at a great price point (significantly more cost effective than any other 2 bedroom apartments we looked at). Would definitely stay here again. I’ll also mention that the Urban Rest team were great to deal with and super helpful when we’d left some belongings behind. Thank you!”

”The place was great, clean, and in an awesome neighbourhood. The hosts got back to me quickly and we had a lovely time. There are plenty of coffee shops and bars near by. Only thing I would mention is that the main floor bathroom is a bit of a "Harry Potter" closet - didn't give us any problems but something to note! Parking on the street can be tricky... but that's Sydney!”

”Spacious apartment with parking always available outside.Well equipped with new bathroom and excellent washing machine and dryer but cooker needs replacing as couldn't get the oven to work nor some of the gas burners.We loved the area and the Plumer road shops /cafes nearby.Would recommend as great value for the location and we would return.”

”The location was ideal, a few minutes’ walk from the people we came to Sydney to visit. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. The building has a shared rooftop terrace offering a panoramic view of the city and part of the harbour. It closes at 9 pm though, so not useful for New Year’s Eve fireworks viewing, unless they keep it open that night. The space itself could not be called comfortable. It was too small for anything except sleeping. Even that was not...

”This place was just perfect for a long weekend staycation. Close enough to the beach, shops, cafes etc. My only gripes were not enough coat hangers (only 2) and the courtyard was full of leaves and could have been swept prior. Otherwise all good...👍”
