You will be staying in a 4-room villa that spans across 150 square meters and is arranged over two levels. The villa features a simple and comfortable furnishing style, including a winter garden area. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower, bidet, and toilet, as well as air conditioning and forced-air heating systems. The upper level is accessible via an exterior staircase and consists of a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The living area opens up to a balcony and a patio. Additionally, there are two more double bedrooms on this floor, each with air conditioning and forced-air heating, and one of them has access to a balcony. The kitchenette is also located on the upper level and comes with a dishwasher, five gas rings, a toaster, and a kettle. There is another shower, bidet, and toilet on this floor.
