The house is located on the ground floor of a villa, and is accessed via a long leafy avenue that also leads to a parking lot available to guests.

The apartment consists of a large living area furnished with a double sofa bed, dining area and kitchen equipped with a refrigerator freezer and kettle.

There is also a hallway that ends with a bedroom with a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and a bathroom with shower.



Finally, the highlight of the property are the exteriors that guests can fully enjoy: an area with a table in front of the house entrance, an area with a table and canopy for outdoor dining, and a pine forest located beyond a scenic staircase carved into the rock.

Turning around the rest of the house are numerous verandas, including sea views, where you can indulge in moments of outdoor relaxation.



Guests can enjoy a shared unheated swimming pool equipped with sunbeds and a magnificent sea view.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, Eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything you could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and going south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name comes from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand. Inside the island of Ortigia, moreover, you will find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach named Cala Rossa. Moving further south, about 30 km away, we find beautiful unspoiled and impervious beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Wildlife Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, definitely see the Greek theater of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi Museum, and also the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural as well as scenic beauty. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the waterfront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi.
