The Sogni di Giove estate is nestled within the idyllic setting of an approximately 80-hectare nature reserve, boasting lush flora and fauna and aquatic habitats. The private property, situated within the protected area itself, spans 20,000 square meters and is divided into two separate sections. The first section comprises three residential units, the owner's separate house (which ensures complete privacy for guests), a garden with a barbecue area, and a lawn with a swimming pool. However, what makes this estate particularly attractive for a family vacation with children is the second part of the property, dedicated to the Springpfist horse breeding operation.

This magnificent villa is a completely renovated property offering guests three separate residential units, each 160 square meters in total, accommodating up to eight people. These units are elegantly furnished with meticulous attention to detail.

The three separate units can be combined to create two apartments for two people each, or six or eight people, with access to the swimming pool.

• Adjacent to the property is a railway line where a regional train will be heard a few times a day for approximately 18 seconds each time.

• There are three free-roaming cats on the property. There are also two fenced dogs on the property, which are kept separate from the guest area.

• Due to structural reasons, none of the three apartments have a washing machine. However, a laundry service is available on-site for a small fee.

An ironing service can also be provided upon request.

• The owner lives on the same property in a separate house and will not in any way disturb the privacy of the guests.

• The BBQ is a communal grill for the use of all guests.

The owner provides two electric bicycles upon prior request and for an additional fee.

- A security deposit (€300) is payable in cash (refundable on the day of departure).

- Use of the pool is permitted from April 1st to October 31st, 2026. Upon request and for an additional fee, pool use is also possible after September 30th, 2025.

- Accessibility: Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
