Located just outside Syracuse in the Plemmirio Nature Reserve, Villa Opulentia is a beautiful 160 sqm property accommodating up to 8 guests. The villa features 3 bedrooms: on the ground floor, a room with a double bed and sofa bed; upstairs, a suite with a round double bed, sofa bed, and a private terrace offering spectacular views of the garden, pools, and sea. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island. Amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, 85-inch smart TV, washing machine, dryer, workspace, high chair, and baby cot.



Outside, enjoy a lovely garden with a terrace for outdoor dining and, on the first floor, a panoramic balcony with sea view. There are two pools—one heated with hydromassage—both open year-round. An outdoor shower with bathroom and a barbecue are also available. The dining table in the living room can be converted into a pool table. For your entertainment, there is a ping pong table and table football.



The property offers parking for up to 2 cars. Electric bikes are provided for easy travel without a car. Pets are not allowed.



The villa is in the beautiful Plemmirio area, one of Syracuse’s most stunning marine zones, just 10 minutes by car from Ortigia and Syracuse city center. The owners live in a basement apartment with a private entrance, sharing only the driveway. Guests have exclusive use of the pools and outdoor spaces during their stay. A cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra charge.
