”This place was amazing! Very clean and the most comfortable beds! The rooms are tastefully decorated and very convenient to the old downtown HotSprings tourist area. And it has the most delicious breakfast cafe right next door. Also the manager was very accommodating with our late checkin. Excellent communication! Don’t go anywhere else, seriously!”

”Friendly staff, all three of them. Great desserts were laid out and enjoyed. Cats in the yard (not in the house) were approachable. Easy walk to downtown area and bathhouses.”

”the place was awesome and so beautiful, the staff was helpful and the location is in a great spot,”

”Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Would like to know the brand of the mattress was. . Walk in shower was great. Only thing that I didn't like was the bathroom sink counter was small. No counter space for your toiletries. And the parking was tight.”

”Nice breakfast but only one meat offered, either sausage, bacon or ham. Very nicely decorated for Christmas. The Victorian Parlor was a very nice touch since it offered an additional area to sit or play games. Convenient location on the 76 strip.”

”My only complaint is about the mattress. It needed to be replaced a few years ago :/ Besides that, we loved the hotel and our stay there.”

”Breakfast was very good and staff was friendly and very helpful when we had questions. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again.”

”My mini fridge has someone else's leftovers. There was hair on the shower wall. Staff tried to enter my room in middle of day while I was there unannounced. I get what I paid for. Next time I'll use a real, reputable hotel and just pay extra.”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful. However the property was in need of a lot of repairs. Our door handle was broken. Cracks everywhere and small holes in walls. We killed a roach in our room. Our bedding was super clean and smelled of bleach so that was good. Also there was a bad natural gas smell and caused us to wake up with headaches both days. Will never stay here again.”

”Beautiful and historic hotel. The full renovation of the interior have not made it to the rooms yet, so my room showed its age. I'm looking forward to going back when the rooms are renovated and are as nice as the rest of the hotels renovated interior spaces.”

”We have been in several motels while our trip in Usa, but this was the worst. Very noisy because of the carting and the road nearby, hallways to the rooms had lots of dirt, cigarette stumps and rainboots? Pool was closed, our faucet had a leak. Room were not properly cleaned and we did not feel safe there at night. We heard a few gunshots at night, alltough that was not a motels fault. Good things: price was low and the Staff were nice.”

”I loved everything. It was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. I give the whole experience a 100. Hospitality with sodas and chips and candy already there and cold. Plates and utensils we needed were set out. Outside and Inside was better then the pictures. We'll worth the stay. Thank you for everything. It was perfect. My 3 year old daughter loved it also.”

”Beautiful property, attentive staff, lots of thoughtful details, amazing food. I had a wonderful stay, and I look forward to going back.”
