The staff were polite and helpful. The bathroom needed some work as the drain kept blocking. There were not enough hangers to use and the storage space was inappropriate. Overall the hotel was pleasant and comfortable.

We eventually booked and paid for an airport transfer through them. They had also offered us a takeaway breakfast, which we never received.
