  • Tervetuloa yhteen Hauserman Rental Groupin aarteista! Tämä hieno Executive-retriitti on kaikki loma-asunnon lomakohteen tulisi olla Tahoessa mukavuudesta ja laadusta ja erinomaisesta luonteesta. Highlands Lodge tarjoaa upouudet kalusteet ja sisustuksen ylhäältä alas. Korkeimmat arvosanat tekevät vuokrauksesta helmi.
    Sisään keskitasolle mutatilan kautta, joka aukeaa portaikkojen laskuun. Useita askelta ylöspäin avautuu iso olohuone, ruokasali ja keittiö. Tilava pohjapiirros, jossa valko-tammi parkettilattiat ja rikkaat puun korostukset. Paljon viihdyttävää tilaa, ruokapöytä 8-10: lle, graniittikeittiösaari, 4 tuolia, buffetbaari, ruostumattomat laitteet ja laatikot, Professional Series Frigidaire -mallisto, uuni, jääkaappi ja kaikki kodin keittiön mukavuudet. Olohuoneessa on mukava puulämmitteinen takka, 55 tuuman taulutelevisio HDTV: llä, BluRay, rakkausistuin, tuoli ja sohva. Liu'uta ulos sivutasolle. 1/2 kylpy pois keittiöstä.
    Suuri huone avautuu aurinkotuolille sohvalla ja tuolilla, koiranpennulla ja kortti- tai cocktailpöydällä sekä peleillä ja palapeleillä.
    Yläkerrassa makuuhuone king, pieni vaatehuone, taulu HDTV, ja ovi ulos omaan kannelle. Graniitti työtasot, kaksi pesuallasta, lasisuihku kivilattialla ja Kohler-kylpyamme. Hauska minilasilukko tekee tästä varsin tyylikkään mestarikylvyn!
    Alakerrassa toinen makuuhuone CA Kingin ja kahden valtavan peilikaapin kanssa, jotka heijastavat luonnollisen valon monista ikkunoista! Kalkittu mäntykatto avoimilla koskenlaskuilla, taulu-HDTV: llä, ikkunaistuimella ja kaksoissohvalla. Kaksoisallas marmorilaskurilla, lasiseinäinen seinäkoriste, lasisuihku kivilattialla. Tupla-ranskalaiset ovet avautuvat toiseen auringonhuoneeseen Queen-vuodesohvalla, tuolilla, HDTV: llä ja DVD-soittimella sekä lisää palapelit ja pelit.
    Kovapuusta käytävän lattia johtaa vielä kolme makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta sekä pesutupa. Molemmat alakerrassa olevat kylpyhuoneet, joissa huoneessa on sinertävä metallilasilaatta-aksentti, marmorit ja tiskipöytä. Ensimmäinen makuuhuone oikealla parivuode, puupaneeli. Takahuoneessa queen-vuode, peilattu vaatekaappi, paljon ikkunoita ja luonnollinen valo. Kolmas makuuhuone pois käytävältä parivuode, tyylikkäät värit, turhamaisuus. Oven eteinen johtaa taaksepäin portaille ja vasta asennettu kylpytynnyri!
    Tule nauttimaan kaikesta, mitä Tahoe tarjoaa, ja oleskele tässä upeassa kodissa varmasti mukavana pakopaikkana! 2 mailin pyöräilyreitti Tahoe Cityn keskustaan, kävelymatkan päässä hoidetuista XC-reiteistä, lähellä julkisia rantoja ja kaikkia monia Pohjoisrannan kohokohtia!
    Tässä koiraystävällisessä kodissa, johon mahtuu 12 ihmistä, on tarpeeksi tilaa rentoutua ryhmänä eikä koskaan tuntea olevani tungosta. 2 auton autotalli tekee pysäköinnistä helppoa (erityisen mukavaa talvella)! Nopea Internet-yhteys ja satelliitti-tv sisältyvät (mutta ei taata), jotta vierailustasi tulee vieläkin muhkeampaa. Soita meille tai varaa varaus suoraan täällä verkossa!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The highlands lodge was a good gathering place for a meaningful reunion.The building gets a lot of wear and tear so things like window casements, screens, closet organizers, faucets are a bit beat up., if not actually broken. Not a big deal, and Hauserman was happy to fix,. But it is expensive to stay here, so you might expect much more for the money.

Plenty of space for a large family. 5 bedrooms, 4 baths make for a very livable space. Great kitchen/dining/living open floor plan upstairs. Nice quiet sitting spaces off the living and downstairs bedrooms to get some quiet time to read a book.

Birthday celebration

The house was a really great size, but it really needs some TLC outside. The railings were coming apart and you could see nails. It was a bit wobbly near the hot tub. The cushions on the outside chairs were falling apart. The chairs are very comfortable but the cushions need to be replaced. We had a great time.

Don't stay here

The refrigerator and the microwave both did not work. We called right away and they kept telling us it was normal for a fridge not to work for the 1st 24 hours??? Our food spoiled, my daughter got food poisoning and was sick for 2 our of our 5 days. The bedding and towels had stains and crumbs and hair. The carpets smelled like dog pee. The management company kept telling us that the problems were not problems and then told us they couldn't solve the issues even though they knew that there were issues. SO, basically, they ignored our concerns, knowingly allowed us to get food poisoning and then told us they just can't get a fridge or good cleaning crews. If that is the case, they need to not rent the property. It is totally unacceptable to knowingly put peoples health in danger and to also cost them hundreds of doallrs in wasted food.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was the 4th Christmas in Tahoe for our extended family. The rental amount for Highland Lodge was twice what I have paid for the 2 previous Tahoe rentals of almost identical size therefore I expected a higher level of quality in furnishings, kitchen equipment, bedding and above all cleanliness. I requested an early check in but was told that there were renters leaving the morning of our arrival and the cleaning staff would need time to clean and Covid cleaning protocols are in place. Unfortunately the cleaning was not what it should have been.When we checked in at 4pm it was apparent that there was very little cleaning that had been done. The area rug in the upstairs living room had been vacuumed, kitchen counters & sink appeared clean and bathroom sinks look clean.TV remotes for each TV were filthy, dust and cobwebs throughout, coffee table was wobbly, hardwood floors and bedroom rugs very dirty, hair & debris in silverware drawer, cookware worn out, we had to slam the microwave door to get it to work, drips down front of stove, hood exhaust fans caked with grease, stair handrails not connected to wall on one end, shower doors filthy, bed pillows completely flat, mattresses worn out, previous renters underwear & socks in dresser drawer, used bandaid found on upstairs master bedroom floor, hair in bathtubs, small couch in downstairs master bedroom disgustingly stained.We had a loss of hot water and the property management/repair staff were extremely polite, responsive and sent a repairman within an hour to resolve the problem.While the property it self is great for large groups until the cleaning issues and upgrades in beds and furnishings are addressed I would not recommend this property. To be fair I sent an email to the property management detailing with photos the issues we encountered to afford them the opportunity to check the property themselves and correct things. I requested a refund of the cleaning fee and was granted the ref

However, I was told by the management office that I would receive a text when the home became available (cleaned and inspected by your staff). We booked that house because my daughter lives directly across the street. She saw the Hauserman inspector leaving the home after the cleaning crew, at 3:00pm. No one notified me. When I called the office to ask for the code since the house was empty and cleaned, I was told by the office staff that the cleaning crew would send the text (they were long gone). So I was disappointed that what you advertise on your web site was NOT what we experienced.

Convenient that the lodge had several bathrooms and two master bedrooms!! Loved the openness of the kitchen. Originally, we were all so happy to find a house that was comfortable for the 8 of us. We've rented in Tahoe every year for 51 years. We've gone from renting a 2 br/1bth A-frame to lakefronts on West Shore & Incline. Initial pictures convinced us this place would be perfect. 5BR/4bthPros-Location, furniture, bedsCons-on arrival, fridge was not working properly. The after hours number was called and were told someone would call. No call so we were planning to go to my cousins place at Chambers Landing for back up. Then small Fridge was delivered unannounced & we were told main fridge would be fixed. Did not happen. Lights over sink continually blink, cannot close windows over sink because handles broken. 1 in. of dish soap provided, only 2 kitchen trash bags. We ended up buying soap, trash bags, kleenex, Bathrooms-downstairs single bath toilet runs after each flush, handle loose, most of the baths rugs should be thrown away (shredded & dirty) Interior windows were dirty, many cobwebs. No kleenex in Bathrooms, no extra light bulbs found. My husband & I have 2 vacations rentals in Sunriver, Oregon. WE have a manager that checks on them after housekeeping leaves so that they are in top shape before the next renters checkin.But even after this negative review; if these issues were dealt with, we all agreed it is a great rental house for the 8 of us.Regards, Paddy Hueneke Salem, Or.

Cabin was clean and spacious. Shops are close by and great place for all activities.

Our family enjoyed the Christmas holidays at the perfect home! The house was clean, spacious, with plenty of natural lighting, well stocked and the property management was so helpful and accommodating.

Amazing, Spacious House.

Amazing house. Lots of room to move around. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for multiple guests. Beautiful large fire place.

Great choice for large group

The home has lots of space and was in a great location. We had friends staying with us for our daughter’s wedding in Tahoe City. The house has plenty of room and the kitchen was perfect! The only drawback is the noise is pretty bad downstairs (bedrooms) when people are walking around upstairs. Not a huge problem but worth mentioning if that sort of thing bothers you.

Great layout for large family or reunion. 3 private suites. Plenty of space For everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were very appreciative of the fans that were necessary for the unusual high temperatures we experienced in August. Property management was very attentive and delivered supplies at our request.
