  • Lakeview Delight tarjoaa yhden ison kannen, 2 pientä kannetta ja porealtaan. Se on 3 päähuonetta, 3. 5 kylpyhuonetta ja toimisto, jota voidaan käyttää neljänä makuuhuoneena.

    ETUSIVU KONFIGURAATIO:
    Kun kävelet ovelle, löydät pääsisäänkäynnin, jossa on suuri pesutupa sivulle. Astu hiukan pidemmälle ja löydät itsesi hukkua kauniilla järvinäkymillä. Lakeview Delightin pääkerroksessa on valoisa ja avoin olohuone, jossa on mukavat sohvat ja suuri HD-televisio. Löydät myös suuren kannen, aurinkoisen keittiön, joka on hyvin varusteltu kaikkiin viihdyttäviin tarpeisiisi, ja ruokailutila, johon mahtuu kymmenen. Myös pääkerroksessa on puoli kylpyamme ja kätevä toimisto / pelihuone, joka voi kaksinkertaistaa makuuhuoneena.

    Alakerrassa on 3 suurta makuuhuonetta ja jaettu kylpyhuone. Lasten huoneessa on kerrossänky ja kahden hengen vuode. On olemassa kaksi master makuuhuonetta alakerrassa queen size-vuoteet. Molemmissa mestareissa on järvinäköala ja yksi on poreallas oikealla oven ulkopuolella.

    SIJAINTI:
    Tämä koti sijaitsee kadun toisella puolella järvestä ja on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kauniilta Dollar Pointin yksityiseltä laiturilta ja rannalta. Kesällä nopea ajaa kadulla antaa sinulle pääsyn allas ja tenniskentät.

    Kesällä voit nauttia pyöräilyreittijärjestelmän lähellä, joka vie sinut Tahoe City pitkin järvelle sekä helposti Squaw Valley pyöräilyreitti pitkin Truckee-joen. Tahoe Cityssä on lukuisia kauppoja ja hienoja ravintoloita koko länsi- ja pohjoisrannalla. North Shore kasinot ovat 15-20 minuutin päässä.

    Talvella tämä koti on lähellä Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar ja Homewood hiihtokeskuksissa sekä Tahoe hiihtoalue.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The layout is perfect for groups and having a dedicated bathroom for every guest room was fantastic. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the living room provided a great setup for our group to hang out together.We also really appreciated how well-stocked the home was, from the kitchen equipment to the abundance of towels for both the showers and the hot tub. One small heads-up for future guests: the "coffee maker" consists of a Keurig and a Nespresso. We brought ground coffee by mistake, but luckily there is a Safeway nearby where we grabbed some pods. Overall, a 5-star experience!

Amazing Views and Accomodations

Our group had a great time! The property is exactly as listed and had everything we were looking for. The kitchen was well stocked to host our group. The view of the lake was beautiful. The hosts are responsive and helped to resolve issues as soon as they could. Would return in a heartbeat!

Perfect for families

Family reunion with adult kids …. All had plenty of room. Great views of lake from upper deck.Mid July was 80s, so the inside (especially upstairs) was really hot during the day. The Nest thermostat AC control didn’t work, & when we called the property mgmt, the rep said the house didn’t have AC. Oh well, nice breeze from lake thru windows.

Everything about this house was fabulous, from the gorgeous view of the lake to the well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and immaculately clean bathrooms. I don't usually take the time to write a review, but this house was truly spectacular and deserves to be acknowledged!

Family trip to Lake Tahoe

Everyone liked the property. Bedrooms were good. Kitchen area was perfect. We ate at the dining room table a couple times. We also used the living room TV and enjoyed it. The house was well stocked with most everything we needed. We did request some additional fans and they were delivered promptly.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was terrific and the whole family had a good time. 2 issues: we would have liked access to the garage and thought we would have it since we did last year. It never happened and should have been cleared up before we got there. Also, the TV system is very arcane, divided in 2 spaces, with the remotes requiring exotic skills. Incidentally the downstairs TV didn't work at all! It would have helped for there to be good instructions on how to access the TVs. Alex was very accessible and helped as much as she could, but these both are owner responsibilities. Otherwise, all else was just fine, everything worked well and the place was fun.

Gorgeous Lake + Mountain Views in a Chill Neighborhood

Flying in from New England - and therefore not familiar w/Tahoe - we looked at properties on all parts of the lake before settling on this one. Turns out: this was 100% the right call. Why? First off, the neighborhood was ideal. We were up for the 4th of July week, and the area was absolutely packed — gridlock in the bigger towns, and huge crowds everywhere. But Dollar Point? All residential and off the main road, so it's a perfect, quiet spot to decompress after a day on the lake, hiking in the mountains, or shopping in town. It's also just 10 minutes away from a CVS, Safeway, and all the shops and restaurants of Tahoe City, which (in our experience) had the most charm of anyplace on the lake. The house itself is every bit as gorgeous as the photos suggest: an ideal blend of modern & comfortable, with stunning views of the lake and snow-capped mountains. The huge and beautiful kitchen was well appointed and well-supplied, which made it easy to enjoy staying in for family meals, and the kids all loved the full streaming options on the giant HDTV. Bedrooms and baths were all terrifically comfortable and modern, and the large hot tub got a lot of use and love from my kids. 2 minor FYIs: 1) We were staggered by the pollen in the area. No joke; it blew in through the windows, the car was covered in yellow dust every time we went out, and we ALL became fans of Zyrtec. 2) No A/C means it gets VERY hot (even at altitude) in mid-summer. This is the only thing we'd change.

Very Nice Family Reunion & Palisades Tahoe Ski Weekend

The property manager for this house was the best and a pleasure to deal with. We were allowed to access the house one hour before the official check in time. The house was immaculate, clean, and in perfect condition when we arrived. Every light bulb in the house was in working order including the recessed lights high up in the vaulted ceiling. Each bathroom had heated floors. The shower water was hot, had good pressure, and we never ran out. The kitchen has a huge quartzite island and counters. All the kitchen appliances including an under-the-counter wine refrigerator were high end and in working order. In terms of kitchen equipment and utensils, we had everything we needed to fix our 3 dinners in the house. We did bring our own waffle maker. The house is set up very well for remote workers. There is an office on the main floor that was quite functional, quiet, and private (room has a door). My son had to use it for work and a couple of meetings and was quite pleased with it. The office comes with a flat screen HP monitor, keyboard, mouse, and printer. There was an ethernet cable in the office that could be accessed as well for a direct network connection to your computer. There is a nice ski boot warmer/dryer in the office as well. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, it reached all spaces in the house, and it was extremely stable. That doesn’t happen by accident and is another aspect of the house that is done well by the home owner. I took two speed test measurements and they averaged 185 Mbps download and 11.1 Mbps upload (from cable).. The television in the living room is of high quality with excellent content sources. Disney+, and live TV programming were available (cable service). There are spare HDMI ports on the television available for which to connect gaming consoles but they are a bit difficult to reach because of the tight space between the television and the wall that it is mounted to. The driveway can easily handle two parked cars and it was easy to pull in and out of (we had two large SUVs). It was very nice to have access to the garage. My rental SUV, a Ford Expedition, did fit in the garage but just barely. The garage had snow shovels and salt bags to allow you to take care of any small issues from a snow fall (we needed to use them once). If you want to use the fireplace, you should plan on bringing your own wood. The owner does not supply it and you don’t want to count on what wood is left in the house.

An amazing vacation rental property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We celebrated my 60th birthday this past weekend in this property, and it was amazing. Gorgeous windows all around to take in the beauty of the Lake and trees. Chipmunks, squirrels and birds all about. Beds are comfortable and this was the best equipped rental I have ever stayed in. If you want to stay in and cook, the cookware is very nice and there are leftover containers for you to use while you are there. Bring your Nespresso pods (original) or just use regular coffee. You have both options. The deck is nice and sunny and even in cooler temperatures, it is very pleasant and warm. The owners spared no expense for your comfort during your visit. Don't hesitate to rent this lovely place. The garage is not connected to the house, just just be aware.
