•Parking: 1 car allowed. There is one parking space for each unit; unassigned parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• No pets (Family Allergies)
• Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
• Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
• Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM per Placer county regulations;
• Full Terms and Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation
• Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
•Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.
•Exterior security cameras on property.
