”The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. ”

”House smelled like fish, stove top coils broken and crooked so almost unusable. Bare minimum supplies - one kitchen towel, few bath towels, no amenities to enjoy village recreation”

”Nice kitchen and appliances. Had 4 different coffee makers to choose from. Bathrooms were nice as well. Furniture is a bid outdated but still comfortable. ”

”It was close to the slopes, and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Very quiet and clean. The house John was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be booking with him again. ”

”The lake view was great. The condo was on Donner Pass Road with super easy access to Truckee and all the shops and restaurants. The small room upstairs had a very low slanted ceiling - it’s good for kids, but not great for adults. I kept bumping my head on the ceiling from standing up. Not sure there’s a good solution to that! The refrigerator is very old and has a slight stench when you first open it. The kitchen has adequate pots and pans and dishware.
