Deck with table and chairs was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon drinks, while surrounded by pine trees. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed for meal prep. ”We enjoyed staying in this dog-friendly Tahoe Donner vacation home. It was comfortable and nicely apportioned. We really appreciated that all the windows and slider had operational screens and that there were free-standing fans available! Many of the homes we have rented have not had screens (to allow for afternoon cooling without attracting moths and mosquitos in). We also appreciated access to the garage to store our bikes safely. ”Our family ran the Truckee Half Marathon/5k. The location was perfect for being close to downtown Truckee. ”It’s hard to find a comfy house that allows dogs, so we are glad we found this one! The house is HUGE. 3 floors so if you don’t do stairs well maybe re think this house. We didn’t mind the stairs at all. The house was super warm when we used the central heater and they provide a space heater for every room. ”Spacious and well laid at home. We had a great short family vacation. It was about two minutes from the ski resort. All the instructions were clear. Everything worked well and was clean. Beautiful location, surrounded by tall trees. One small thing, the large television in the living room did not have an HDMI input, so it was difficult to connect to the smart remote.”

”Check in and check out easy and efficient. The kitchen was equipped with every tool and appliance we could possibly need to cook meals including quality sharp knives. Plenty dishes, glasses, mugs and serving ware so we only had to run dishwasher twice. Home is clean and well appointed with comfortable furniture and beds. Only issue is street noise- the street is busy with cars and construction trucks so sitting on the deck which faces the street was not a peaceful experience. Overall great home...
