”This experience was amazing -- a true old world hotel, with great access to the rain forest trail. Everyone of the staff was super friendly and nice and made the trip really wonderful”

”Staying at this lodge was so magical! I loved that our backyard was the beach. It had easy access to the beach, and drives to other locations was also fast and easily accessible. Had dinner at the restaurant and the food was amazing! The staff was so friendly and answered all questions and requests. Loved this place so so much! ”

”View was beautiful, ocean fun but pool was poopy! The staff didn’t seem to mind and told us not to worry there’s bleach. There was poop at the bottom of the pool when we tried to go for a swim. There was also sand in our bed, and the children wanted to sleep on top of the blanket. Then we were accused of lying about occupancy in front of our three kids and told we needed to leave or they’d call the police. Nothing says relaxing family vacation like your 10-year-old thinking you’re about to be...

”We liked the complimentary breakfast service. Room was clean and everything worked well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

”The breakfast was much better than I anticipated. In addition to what one would expect at a complimentary hotel breakfast there was eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrown, biscuits and gravy and a do it yourself waffle bar. Rooms were nice and parking was easy. I felt like there weren’t many amenities in the area so if you want groceries or other restaurants, you’ll probably want to drive. Also, really close to the beach. ”

”At check in the employee was too busy watching his computer screen/a movie? to interact. He did not smile or anything at any time that we ran into him on property. ”

”We stayed in a pet friendly room. The room was dirty. The tv did not work. The bedsheets had dog hair on them. Our dog is a poodle mix. He does not shed. I was going to let the front desk know, but my wife said to let it go. It was just for one night. The bath tub drained very slowly. There was just a lot of wrong with the room. ”

”The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating, and we thoroughly enjoyed having a full kitchen and waterfront view!”

”The pool is under maintainance, which is what we are not aware of until we arrived. and also the fireplace didn't work, and facility comes to help us fix the issue. the network didn't work, we ask several times to help, but no one come to fix the issue.”

”We stayed at the resort the weekend of April 11th after visiting the Olympic National Park. We stayed in a tiny home and did not arrive until after 9pm. The staff was great with communication and had sent us our code so we were able to enter with no hassle. The community fire pit was great and we were able to spend some time winding down after our travels. And in the morning the coffee spot made us a great cup of coffee. We will definetly be returning with our trailer for camping.”

”Will never stay here again. When checking in with my service animal the check in guy who was older asked if my dog was certified and trained and I said yes. And he asked what task does he perform I said to recognize on coming panic attacks. Which the front desk man said that is not a real disability and they do not recognize emotional support animals. When trying to explain he wasn't he just kept brushing me off and talking over me. If all the other places weren't booked we would have left right...

”It was equipt with everything you need for comfort, but the items are OUTDATED, meaning lack of newer items and decorations and bad smell in the rooms. Never seen and inn and suites thats terrible and would not recommend it. I would like this place to have newer items and decorations and feel like your at home not living with most of the items that are old and outdated.”

”Rooms and atmosspere were very pleasant indeed, and parking succeeded beside the front door. Nothing to blaim for.”
