”Absolutely beautiful hotel. Stunning decor. The staff is TOP TIER. Professional, attentive and kind. The location is a short walk from the zocalo and popular shopping areas. The room was clean with comfortable beds and shower. The complimentary breakfast options were delicious and fresh. The lunch and dinner options were great. The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that.
The only thing that maybe can be improved is that the doors from the bathroom and the entrance were hard to close. Also a last suggestion is that you can put noise absorbing panels on the walls because we can hear everything from the others apartments.
