”This is a well-deserved 5-star review! Communication with the host was excellent as she was accessible. You can't beat a property next to a small garden with a fruiting peach tree in August. The host provides filtered water in the refrigerator, so needed in the 100 degree heat. Beautiful interior space and the most comfortable bed with plush pillows and...

”The location was great and the space was clean. It is essentially a basic studio style apartment/converted garage. The adjacent house is also a rental, but we had no noise or other issues with those guests. As other reviews note, the entrance is awkward with the AC sticking out into the main path, but certainly navigable. I traveled with pets and there is a small park nearby, but otherwise just small patches of grass along the street for bathroom breaks. I was there during an unusually hot...

”This was a charming place to stay. Parking was easy and the studio was clean and comfortable. My only criticism, which is not a huge priority when traveling to Ashland, is the streaming quality on the T.V was rather poor. Perhaps the owners could look into that.”
