”The room was fine nothing special but the check in after 9pm was terrible! They use a virtual assistant on a kiosk that was very glitchy! On top of that she came me a key to a room that was already occupied!”

”The bed and the pillows weren’t the most comfortable I have slept on and the restaurant was closed because all their staff called in sick. The desk clerk was very friendly, but never did email me the receipt I asked for. The property was clean but older. I’m all for the price. It was acceptable.”

”Hotel had great view of the mountains. Loved it. The problem I had was that I called the front desk from my room phone and kept getting a busy signal. This lasted for 3 days. Also, the busy signal occurred with the Luna restaurant. I had to call from my cell phone to get either place.”
