”Aptly named - comfy and cozy. Really enjoyed the backyard, eating takeout on a warm summer evening with a light breeze (and surprisingly no bugs!). Less than 5 minutes drive to a main business complex with Walmart, Safeway, and several fast food, take out, and regular restaurants. Costco is only 10 minutes away. The only slight downside was that I had to unload the dishes/silverware/cups from the dishwasher (from previous tenant?). I would rent again if coming to Medford again.”

”We loved staying at this house while in Medford! Great quiet neighborhood location, clean and comfortable space, and well stocked kitchen with appliances and cooking tools. We loved being able to use a bbq grill and the option of a fire pit. The hot tub was such a sweet perk! Would definitely want to stay here again when in the area!”
