You'll have exclusive access to the entire second-floor unit.

Gain entry by using a Smart lock with a unique, time-sensitive access code, generated just for your stay.

The code activates on the afternoon of your check-in day and automatically deactivates at the end of your reservation.

This unit has a completely separate entrance from the downstairs condo to ensure your privacy.

To access the unit, you'll need to climb a 15-step staircase with a sturdy handrail.

Please note: There is no safety gate provided at the top of the stairs. If you're traveling with toddlers or young children, supervision is required at all times near the staircase.

This Comfy Condo is located in a gated community within the City of Tallahassee that is 2 blocks from Florida State universities campus and is approximately an 10 minute walk from Doak Campbell football stadium as well as all other sports stadiums. You will have a view of Doak Campbell from our elevated private balcony. The condo community is nestled in between a neighborhood with single family homes on one side, an active small business park / older warehouse district on the other and our condo community is 1 block over from Indian Village (another condo community) which is across the street from Doak Campbell Stadium.

For your peace of mind, The crime rate in the area surrounding our gated community is very low according to our monthly report we get from Ring (Ring Camera), Ring gets their information from the Tallahassee Police Department. Many of the students in the community walk / ride scooters to campus on a daily basis.

The condo has multiple restaurants, as well as Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, Whataburger, Crumbl & Insomnia Cookies as well as grocery stores (Aldi, Publix) within a 3-5 minute drive. The condo is .5 mile from College Town (multiple dining restaurants, bars & night life), 1.7 miles to Donald Tucker Civic Center (concerts, conventions, basketball games & graduation) & 1.9 miles to State office buildings / downtown Tallahassee.

This condo is centrally located & near several grocery stores & multiple restaurants in addition to places of interests such as : Doak Campbell Football Stadium/ FSU's campus (2 blocks) , FSU Law School (1.7 miles) , College Town includes unique shops, restaurants (fine / casual dining) & night life entertainment (0.5 mile) , Leon County Civic /Convention Center (1.7 miles) , The Railroad Arts district (1.7 miles) , the State office buildings (1.9 miles) , FAMU's Campus (2.5 miles) , Cascades Park (2.6 miles) , Tallahassee Memorial Hospital (5 miles)

📜 Extended Stay Info

For reservations 30+ days:

A standard Florida short-term lease must be signed - very easy

$500 fully refundable security deposit (paid and refunded via the Airbnb platform)

Easy online background/eviction check via TransUnion Smartmove for guests 18+

We cover any screening costs exceeding $50/person

For longer stays:

A $50 “freshen-up” cleaning is required for stays over 21 days - usually midway through the reservation.

These "freshen up" cleanings are charged in addition to your original quote via Airbnb. All payments will go through the Airbnb platform.

For stays 30+ days, bi-weekly cleanings will be scheduled

Guests are responsible for replenishing initial supplies after starter sets are gone

📌 Other Notes

External noise is very rarely every an issue for our guests. We provide sound machines (white noise) in bedrooms for any guests that may be light sleepers to mask any external sounds (mainly during home football game weekends or Halloween)

Guests will need to climb stairs to access the property

This condo is directly above another Airbnb unit — we ask that everyone please be mindful of noise between 9 PM–8 AM

No running or jumping indoors to minimize noise for downstairs guests
