Our home offers a relaxing atmosphere, tucked away in the suburbs of Tallahassee we are a short drive from Florida State and Florida A@M Universities. We are also surrounded by several golf courses. Our proximity to the I-10 allows easy access to shopping and restaurants. Whether visiting family away at college, in town for a big game or traveling for business our home offers all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay.

Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.

We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Tallahassee.

Check-in instructions will be texted to the phone of the booking party and sent via the booking platform a day or two prior to your arrival.

We charge an additional guest of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.

The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of Tallahassee, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city.

Being that we are in the suburban part of Tallahassee a car is almost a must, but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.

No Shoes in the house.

No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.

No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.

Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!

Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

ABSOLUTLEY NO parties allowed! Reservation will be canceled immediately.

We do not offer late checkouts.

No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.
