This professionally cleaned residence offers all the comforts of home including free Hulu, Disney+ & ESPN that you can stream using the free fast Xfinity Wi-Fi . The condo is ideal for short visits or extended stays and everything in between. The property comes with 2 free reserved parking spaces that are located in close proximity to the 1 set stairs that will lead you to the front door which is 15 ft from the top of the staircase.

Parking is free and easy : The condo comes with (2) dedicated "reserved" parking spaces directly in beside condo

Additional guest parking (20+ spaces in the community) is available and nearby. All guest parking spaces are first come, first serve

Note : Parking passes are not required for the (2) "reserved" parking space (or) any of the guest parking spaces. However, All guests will need to adhere to strict parking rules to avoid towing. Mainly do not park in any "reserved" parking spaces except for the (2) that is assigned to this condo and be sure that your vehicle is parked within the lines of the parking space. Pretty easy.

While the condo does not have an in-unit washer and dryer, guests have access to the community laundry facility, conveniently located on-site. It features multiple washers and dryers and is available for your use throughout your stay.

🔐 Access & Security

You will access the gated community by entering a code at the front gate.

You will have (2) dedicated/reserved parking spaces. You will have exclusive access to the entire condo located on the second-floor. You will need to climb 15 stairs.

Gain entry by using a Smart lock with a unique, time-sensitive access code, generated just for your stay.

The code for the front door activates on the afternoon of your check-in day and automatically deactivates at the end of your reservation.

📜 Extended Stay Info

For reservations of 30+ days:

🖊️ A standard Florida short-term lease must be signed (easy e-signature process).

💰 A $500 fully refundable security deposit is required. Paid and refunded via Airbnb to protect your financial info.

🔍 An online background & eviction screening is required for all guests 18+. This is completed through TransUnion SmartMove.

We cover any screening costs above $50 per person.

🧼 A $50 "freshen-up" cleaning is required for stays over 21 days.

This is usually scheduled midway through your stay.

🗓️ For stays 30+ days, "freshen up" cleanings will be scheduled and coordinated with you.

🧻 Guests are responsible for restocking household supplies once the initial starter set is used.

All extended stay fees are billed separately via the Airbnb platform for security and transparency.

📌 Other Notes

This condo is located very close to Florida State University, making it a convenient spot for campus visits and game days.

While external noise is rarely an issue, you may occasionally hear sounds from the surrounding area — especially during home football weekends or holiday events like Halloween.

These instances are infrequent, but we want to ensure you're aware.

🔇 Quiet Hours & Courtesy Notice

This condo is located directly above another unit. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Please avoid running or jumping indoors, especially in the living room area, as sound can carry to the downstairs condo. Normal walking is totally fine — we just appreciate your consideration!
