Unfortunately, your preference about the combined rooms was not marked on the reservation and thus it was missed when assigning the rooms. I am very sorry that that happend and I will make sure to implement necessary changes in our proccedures so that this will not happen again in the future. Though longer that acceptable I am very happy that the solution was found for you in the end.
