This amazing house with its tropical chic & cosy style has a maximum capacity of 16 guests. It has been designed to host groups of friends & to celebrate special events such as family’s vacations, birthdays, retreats & private wedding.

Layout
The main house´s amenities include a spacious open concept kitchen/dinning/living-room with a lounge TV corner, fully equipped open kitchen, with a large dinning reception table and a large terrace to watch the beautiful ocean sunsets with BBQ and patio areas. Each bedroom have its own independence and is split as follow:

The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and is facing the pool and the ocean, has its own office fully equipped with a large desk and AC, walking closet, safe, ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower, A/C and TV.

The 2 Junior bedrooms both facing the Koi fish relaxing pool, each with their own private entry, a queen-size bed, an en-suite private bathroom with an outdoor shower, A/C, desk office and desk chair, closet, safe and TV.

The family bedroom has also its own private entry, 3 bunk beds, each with a full-size bed and twin-size bed (fitting up to 6 adults or 9 kids), an en-suite private bathroom with a shower, A/C, desk office and desk chair, closet, safe and a TV.

The 5th bedroom based on the top floor, has its private entry as well, its own small kitchen, private bathroom, a queen-size bed and 1 bunk bed with a full size bed and a twin bed, closet, safe.

Airports

Liberia the closest International airport is at about 1.15h driving distance from the villa. San Jose airport is at about 4h driving distance. There are as well domestic flights from San Jose to Tamarindo (40min) with Sansa Airlines. We can coordinate airport transfer from/to the airport.

The villa is ideally located in Playa Langosta the most upscale area of Tamarindo, 5 mins driving/15 mins walking from Tamarindo center. It has a direct and exclusive access to the beach. you can enjoy as well nearby restaurants :
