Surrounded by lush gardens and generous outdoor living spaces, the home is designed for relaxing, entertaining, and making unforgettable memories together. Spend your days lounging by the large private pool, grilling on the BBQ, rinsing off in the outdoor shower after the beach, or enjoying sunset cocktails from the expansive upstairs balcony.
The home comfortably accommodates large groups with:

The upstairs master suite features a large private balcony overlooking the tropical gardens, creating the perfect peaceful retreat.
We also provide beach essentials and goodies to make your beach days easy and fun.
Things to Note:
• This listing is for the MAIN HOUSE ONLY.
• There is a separate casita located at the back of the property that may be rented independently, so you may occasionally see other guests entering or exiting the property.
• The pool area is completely private for the main house guests only.
• If you’d like full privacy and access to the entire property, you can also rent the full estate through our separate listing.
• The staircase to the upstairs level is a spiral staircase, which may not be ideal for small children or guests with mobility concerns. However, the downstairs area is very spacious and family-friendly.

HOUSE RULES
Thank you for choosing our home for your stay in Playa Langosta. We want you to have an amazing, relaxing, and comfortable experience while also helping us take care of the property and respect our neighbors and community.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request depending on availability.
OCCUPANCY
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless previously approved.
• Events, parties, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors and other guests.
POOL & OUTDOOR AREAS
• The pool is private for guests staying in the main house only.
• No glass in or around the pool area.
• Please rinse off sand before entering the pool using the outdoor shower.
• Children must always be supervised around the pool.
• Please turn off BBQ and outdoor lights when not in use.
SPIRAL STAIRCASE SAFETY
• The upstairs area is accessed by a spiral staircase which may not be suitable for babies, toddlers, or guests with mobility concerns.
• Please use caution, especially when carrying luggage or after the beach when floors may be slippery.
THE CASITA
• This listing is for the MAIN HOUSE ONLY.
• There is a separate casita located at the back of the property that may be rented independently.
• Please respect the privacy of any guests staying in the casita.
• Casita guests do not have access to the main house pool area.
A/C & ELECTRICITY
• Costa Rica has very high electricity costs. Please help us conserve energy by:
Turning off A/C units when leaving the house
Keeping doors and windows closed while A/C is running
Turning off lights and fans when not in use
NO SMOKING
• No smoking inside the home.
• Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
PETS
• Pets are only allowed with prior approval.
BEACH ITEMS
• Feel free to enjoy the beach chairs, toys, coolers, and other beach goodies.
• Please rinse and return all items after use.
TRASH & FOOD
• Do not leave food outside, as Costa Rica’s tropical environment can attract insects and wildlife.
• Please place trash in the proper bins provided.
PARKING
• Free on-site parking is available for registered guests only.
RESPECT THE HOME
Please treat the property as if it were your own. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items may result in additional charges.
