Private ocean-view Villa with a plunge pool, surrounded by nature in a peaceful setting, perfect to relax and reconnect.
Only 10 min from Tamarindo, close to shops, restaurants and beautiful Guanacaste beaches.
Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrroms, 2 bathrooms, Gorgeous all teak loft with sofa bed and workspace, plus parking on the site. Sleeps up to 6 guests.
A 4x4 is required due to the steep road access.
The space
Living area:
• Fully equipped open kitchen with American-style fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishes, and cooking essentials
• Bar and dining area
• Cozy living room with tropical nature and ocean views
Sleeping area:
• Master suite: king bed, dressing area, private bathroom, walk-in shower, toilet, TV, AC, ceiling fan, and tropical views
• Bedroom 2: double bed, dressing area, AC, ceiling fan, and tropical views
• Gorgeous all teak loft with workspace and sofa bed for 2 guests
Outdoor area:
• Panoramic views of the tropical nature and ocean
• Plunge pool to cool off
• Relaxing outdoor spaces with deck chairs, dining area, and deck
Parking & access:
• Parking for 2 vehicles next to the villa
• A 4x4 or high SUV with good tires is required due to the steep road access
Please note:
• Smoking is not allowed inside the villa
It is permitted only in outdoor areas and guests must properly dispose of cigarette butts to help keep the property clean and preserve the natural environment.
Extras:
• Hot water all year round
• Laundry service available on request for an additional fee
• Extra cleaning service available on request
• Recommendations for activities, beaches, and local spots for the perfect stay
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire private villa, outdoor areas, and plunge pool. The property is fully private with no shared spaces.
Other things to note:
Parties/ events, and pets are not allowed on the property in order to preserve the peaceful environment.
The maximum capacity of the villa is 6 guests. No additional guests will be accepted.
