Tervetuloa "Casa Delfiniin", perheemme ylläpitämään yksityiseen ja rentouttavaan lomakohteeseen. Sijaitsemme täydellisesti rauhallisessa, maalaismaisessa Playa Langosta -yhteisössä koskemattomalla, valkoisella hiekkarannalla kadun toisella puolella ja vain yhden mailin päässä Tamarindosta monine kauppoineen, ravintoloineen, kiertueineen ja yöelämäineen.

5 tähden lomakeskuksemme toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi kun syötät luonnollisesti rehevään maisemoituun kompleksiin, jolla on kaikki mukavuudet, joita voit odottaa. Ammattimaisen kiinteistöpäällikkömme concierge-vastaanotto huolehtii kaikista matka- ja aktiviteettipyynnöistä ennen loman ja sen aikana.

Casa Delfin, jossa on 1400 tilavaa neliöjalkaa, sijaitsee maanpinnan tasolla, ja katettu ruokasali-patio on vain 10 askeleen päässä kauniista 90 jalan puutarha-uima-altaastamme. Ei portaita kiivetä! Huvilasi on ammattimaisesti sisustettu viihtyisällä elävällä denilla rentoutumiseen, yksityisellä pyykinpesuvälineellä, jossa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, sekä kahdella suurella queen-size-huoneella, joista jokaisessa on espanjalainen kaakeloitu kylpyhuone ja oma puutarhasuihku.

Avoin ruokasali-alue mahtuu mukavasti kuusi aikuista. Kokeile katolla sijaitsevaa jaettua ulkoilumateriaalia, josta sinä ja vieraasi saat upeat näkymät upeaan rannikkoon ja upeisiin auringonlaskuihin. Aivan täysin varustetun keittiön vieressä on ylimääräinen ulkoterassi, jossa on kaasulämmitteinen BBQ, Tamarindon tuoreen saaliin kalaksi grillimiseksi ..

Laajan, kauniin tiikkipuun käyttö koristaa kaikkia sisustustarvikkeita ja sitä täydentävät paikallisesti louhitut luonnonkivilattiat, italialaiset graniittitasot, tuodut espanjalaiset laatoitetut kylpyammeet ja GE-ruostumattomat laitteet keittiössä. Casa Delfinin kauneutta ja lämpöä vastaavat vain esteettömät näkymät Playa Langostan rannikolle.

Vain jalat Playa Langostan valkoiselle hiekkarannalle, joka on erinomainen ranta katsomaan henkeäsalpaavia auringonlaskuja, simpukoiden metsästystä, uimaan vuorovesiuima-altaissa ja nauttimaan erinomaisesta surffauksesta. Ihanteellisella paikalla rauhallisella asuinalueella, mutta silti vain yhden kilometrin päässä monista ravintoloista, kaupoista ja yöelämästä, joita Tamarindo tarjoaa.

Kokeile 40 tuuman Roku-TV: tämme, joka on sijoitettu Armoire-viihdekaappiin, jossa on Netflix- ja YouTube-käyttö. Nopea WiFi, kaksoisreitittimet varmuuskopiointiin, erittäin luotettava, pystyy suoratoistamaan videoita / elokuvia.

Aidatulla / varatulla kadun varrella sijaitseva pysäköinti oven lähellä.

Omistaja toimii paikallisen kiinteistöpäällikön tukemana 12 vuoden ajan Tamarindossa. Kokenut, monia räätälöityjä palveluita saatavilla, henkilökohtainen sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen, käytettävissä milloin tahansa vierailusi aikana.

Great stay! We really loved the outdoor bathrooms. It’s such a unique design. The condo was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. It had beach towels and toiletries. We did spend some time at the pool, which is clean and a comfortable temperature. The property-especially the pool (and including the outdoor bathrooms) is awash in lush, tropical plants. La Esquina is a short walk to the ocean, which, while rocky, is perfect for sunsets. A quick walk or drive gets you to a good swimming beach. Don’t miss Prime Time Monkey Time where you can watch the monkeys traverse the trees from the pool around 5:00. We had a great stay!

Our stay was excellent!! The location is perfect, walking distance to Tamarindo beach where there are lots of restaurants and shopping, but far enough away that it doesn’t have the hustle and bustle and noise. There are a few restaurants close by that are great and a little grocery store for the basics. We did a lot of our own meals in the condo as it was set up with everything and we loved eating outside on the patio. Melissa was so quick to respond to any questions and even booked our driver from the airport, who stopped at Walmart so we could get a few groceries on the way in. The pool was cleaned every day, and was our favourite part of the condo. Can’t think of anything else that would have made our stay better.

Beautiful property and condo. Had everything we needed. Very comftorable and safe. Host was very responsive and helpful. Being on the bottom floor was also really nice, especially for walking right out into the pool from the back porch. Would definitely recommend this location.

My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens), had a lovely stay at La Esquina resort. Our host’s local representative Melissa, was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. The condo was well appointed and the AC worked well but was a bit loud for those staying in the second bedroom. The outdoor toilet and shower took a bit of getting used to. The family of howler monkeys were fun to watch by the pool, but the Dad monkey had a real voice on him especially early in the morning. :)We were in Tamarindo over NYE and the city was bananas, which isn’t really our vibe, so it was nice to be a bit away from the craziness. There is a small grocery store which was a 5 minute walk away which was handy and the Tamarindo beach was a 10 minute walk away, although we personally preferred the Chonchal beach and that was a 45 min drive or so away. Unfortunately, we encountered a gas leak at the restaurant next door which impacted the smell in the unit. Melissa was very responsive when we told her about the odour. She sent a maintenance person over to ensure that everything at our unit was safe and discovered that it was a problem with the restaurant next door. It did come and go after we reported it, so hopefully it won’t be an issue for future guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at La Esquina Resort in Tamarindo.

The condo was ideally located and absolutely wonderful. Ideal spot away from Tamarindo bustle but near great Langosta restaurants. Pool was quiet and lovely. Also: so many monkeys in surrounding trees!

Ah Tamarindo!

The place is nicely located. It does need some investment, and its sad the owner is either not paying attention or does not care. Oven counter top is cracked and needs replacement, TV is burnt and speakers broken, Master bath shower pan was clogged. I unclogged. Wifi and AC went out on our last night All in all - It's a perfect wonderful little condo that is desperate for some TLC, and a deep cleaning. One thing we really did'nt like is the pedestrian door from the outside world to the parking and thus interior was constistently being left open by someone.

Spring Break getaway

My husband and I took our college-aged son and his girlfriend on vacation for Spring Break. This place was perfect as we had beautiful, quiet Playa Langosta right in front and fun, more active Tamarindo within walking distance. The unit is clean and convenient. Melissa was very helpful and responsive if we had any questions during our stay. I highly recommend!

A week away for Spring Break

Our stay at this VRBO in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful atmosphere, and the beautiful accommodations. The home was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The location was perfect—close enough to explore nearby beaches, restaurants, and activities, yet the patio was secluded enough to feel like our own private oasis. We loved waking up for a stroll on the beach. The pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off in the afternoons while taking in the sunset.Melissa and Host were fantastic—responsive, helpful, and full of great recommendations for things to do in the area. Great spot to relax and enjoy Tamarindo

Great location just outside of Tamarindo. Easy walk to Tamarindo lots of great restaurants. We took surf lessons with Iguana Surf in Tamarindo, Alex was very helpful and it was tons of fun. Did day trips so it was a perfect spot to relax in between. The kitchen pretty much had everything we needed in it. I mentioned to Melissa from Send Me South that we were short on the basic spices and she brought us some the next day. The beach is a 5min or less walk away. There were 4 folding chairs, 2 umbrellas and 2 flutter boards that came in very handy at the beach, If you're not a beach person the pool at the condo is steps away, excellent for swimming and cooling off. Everyone had a great time and we would go back.

Quiet & Spacious

This condo was clean and a wonderful quiet retreat from the crazy busy Tamarindo ‘strip’. The patio was a perfect place to relax and the pool being steps from our patio was even better! The kitchen was well equipped and the washer/dryer offered convenience to do some laundry at the halfway point on our trip. We weren’t sure about the outdoor shower but ended up loving it! What a wonderful experience to shower among nature. Appreciated a couple of English TV channels and all the thoughtful extras like lawn/beach chairs, beach umbrellas & towels, coolers, movies, etc. Gated parking lot and building offered a safe and secure spot. Great place to stay!

Wonderful New Year's stay

We stayed for a week starting a few days after Christmas until a few days after New Year's. The property is just as pictured. There were five beach towels, two beach chairs, two beach umbrellas and two coolers to use. Very convenient beach access across the street. The outdoor bathrooms were fine. Sometimes there were sand crabs or giant flying grasshoppers visiting! The air-conditioning, beds, full kitchen were excellent. Loved having a washer and dryer. We brought our own eco-friendly detergent sheets. We were very impressed with Melissa the manager before, during and after our stay. She was very helpful. We rented a golf cart through her and it was great. Delicious restaurants within walking distance. The pool was almost always just us even though all the condos were filled all week.We would stay here again if coming to the Tamarindo area. It's a few minutes by golf cart or car to the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. We loved the quiet of Playa Lagosta. The sunsets are beautiful from the beach or rooftop viewing area. We used the shuttle to and from the Liberia airport set up by Melissa as well.

First and last visit

We loved the location, the pool and the appliances in the kitchen area. Our interaction with the property manager(s) was less than we would have expected. We arrived on time with our driver from Liberia at 10pm, we had difficulty getting the door open the foyer was not lit and the key pad was difficult to navigate. When we called the property manager about our challenges she told us "I have two dogs to take care of and I'm unavailable to help". With the support of our driver, we managed to work through the problem, upon opening the door we noticed the door frame was very loose and not fixed while we were there for 9 days. The first time we met Melissa was when we rented a golf cart, which was the 4th day of our stay. There was no laundry detergent in the unit, we made the request and that was delivered later that day. Our flight was cancelled the day prior to departure, when we contacted Melissa she said she was sorry to hear but had another check in coming in and we would have to be out by 10am, this left us in a bind and we felt completely unsupported by her actions.We have been fortunate to travel around the world and stay in many different lodging types, this was one of the least satisfying and most difficult. I would hope the owner of this property reviews our comments and implements a standard that future travelers will feel supported during their stay and desire to return or share with their friends and family.
