Wonderful Waterfront-Gulf Access vastikään rakennettu 3 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpy Town koti sijaitsee yksinomainen Karibian-tyylinen ranta yhteisössä. Hotellissa on 4 tähden yksityinen hotelli, jossa on Spa & Beauty Saloon -palvelut, Bahia Beach, Tampa Bay.

The 3 private bedrooms, bathrooms, and balconies were wonderful for our family of 5. Plenty of room at the pools and workout facility which we used everyday, plus the beach and Sunset Bar and Grill. We loved being able to walk everywhere and even outside of the community. Ruskin is very low-key and close to extra entertainment for day trips. Only improvements would be seating options.

poor communication and mis information

the place over had no major issues but had a lot a minor ones. one of the bed room doors were broken soon arrival ( host never got back to me about it). the garbage disposal in the kitchen old food and rotten, i had to go to a store and buy cleaner myself to get rid of smell. the garage door completely didn’t work and while i was at my stay it was hard storms and my car was just out. when i tried to reach out about the garage door the host replied then ghosted me until check out.

Little Harbor Townhouse

Everything was awesome with the exception of the sofa couch in the living room. It had a structural issue on one side. Didn’t affect us (retired couple) so we didn’t notify the manager until we checked out. I’m sure this issue has been resolved. The manager Carmen is awesome. Very friendly and responsive to our needs. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent Location

We had a quick three day stop into this very lovely townhouse. The location description and amenities were exactly as written. The communication from the management company was excellent. The spot was great with the little beach, two restaurants, two pools, and great sidewalks to get around on being the perfect spot for our stay. We would highly recommend this location.

Nice Complex - Mediocre Unit

Little Harbor is a nice complex, quiet (in Jan), well maintained, nice amenities. Unit - plenty of space. Patio table/chairs shown are in garage & all are rusting, living room furniture is worn & not real clean - no throw pillows as shown, dining room furniture is not what is shown, king bed creaky and not very firm, closets - no hangers in any bedrooms, no vacuum, mop or cleaning supplies, micro broken, small on on counter works - all in all this unit shows more wear than the pictures on VRBO.

Great location, but poorly managed.!

This could be a stella property if it was cared for. The property manager was condensending when we called w/our concerns and admitted that she knew the furniture was extremely dirty, need replacing and that you sank down into the sofa. Floors were not cleaned. Fans had accumulated dirt that looked like worms when removed. Cookware needed replacing, which was, after we complained. Light bulbs were missing in the bathrooms. Sheets were threadbare. Toilet seat in master bath had to be replaced. Body imprint was left in the mattress...most uncomfortable ever. Amenities left for us, the renters, were a joke...toilet tissue from Dollar Store and not even one pod for the dishwasher. We had to purchase wine glasses. This property and all that Carmen manages need to be removed from VRBO, until she gets her act together and she treats the renters w/ dignity. This gives VRBO a bad name, especially since this was my first VRBO experience.

It was perfect for our family. Now that our children are grown, they need their own space, so 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms are necessary. We liked the balconies & the view from the back of the townhouse. The fully stocked kitchen was nice even though we didn’t use it much. The location was great! It’s just a short drive to visit family in Sun City Center. Plus, it was just a short walk to the beach & restaurant. Our only complaint was that the beds were harder than we’re used to, so we didn’t sleep as well as we would have liked to sleep. Otherwise, the townhouse was comfortable and met all of our needs.

Nice accommodations just like the pictures

The property was well-maintained and is very much like the online photographs. It was very roomy to accommodate our small family with room to spare. The balconies were enjoyable and 3 bathrooms made it a snap for everyone to get ready to go out. The check in process was efficient however we had a bit of a mixup and did not get a welcome email the day of arrival with check in details. So we showed up as we said we would with no one there to greet us and didn’t know how to get in. However a quick text to the owner was responded to immediately and we were able to get in. Paper supplies were dropped off minutes later. The only negative for the home is that the towels supplied need to be updated and there was only one beach chair at the property and it was in poor shape. There are chairs available at the private beach for rent and we had no problems getting them. The private beach area was very convenient and only a short walk from the unit. If you’re looking for a great low-key getaway with family / friends this is it. If you’re looking for lots to do immediately surrounding the home be prepared to drive as most things are 20-30 minute drive away. And that’s exactly what we did and had an enjoyable and relaxing getaway.

We were evacuating from a hurricane.

The communication was fine with the owners. There were problems with the tv in the family room. I have a 77 year old husband with slight dementia and trouble getting around. Had 5 grandchildren with me and could not get out and about very well. Needed the tv. The chairs around the table were very worn and coming apart from the bottom and need to be replaced. But it was a nice place to run to on the spur of the moment. We left one day early and were to get a refund which I have not seen yet.

Great place for relaxation and fun.

We chose this property to house relatives for a family funeral. We could not have asked for a more relaxing environment. The house is lovely and so nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. The Property Manager was very good about responding in a timely manner if we had a question. They actually switched us to another townhouse with the exact same floor plan as the townhouse we had originally rented because of the tv not working. She wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. It was. It would’ve been nice to have the time to avail ourselves of the amenities offered, but we were too busy. We did walk over one night to the marina bar and have a drink on the water. Just what we needed. This is a good choice go ahead and rent!

It was okay

This is a lovely home. However, the lack of attention to detail was annoying. The information states that there are bath towels, beach towels, some coffee and some toilet paper. There were not enough beach or bath towels for our party of six . No washcloths or hand towels. No coffee. No toilet paper. One bed did not have a pillow. (Carmen did not respond when I alerted her to this.) This required an additional trip to purchase these things. There was dog hair on the bed spreads. The living room television did not work. The condo was not ready at 4pm. We did not let it ruin our stay, but it could have been better.

Great property and awesome owners

My family and I enjoyed are stay here very much! Everything you need is within 10 min or less close and convenient. We had no issues what so ever, took advantage of the beach chairs and cooler in the garage (provided by the owners) before making our way to the private beach area, so very thought full! Kitchen was fully loaded plenty of dishes and utensils to cook for our family of 8, beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great! Owners were very helpful with any questions we had, provided AWESOME service and quick to respond! I would highly recommend this condo!!! Overall it was super clean, tasteful and very accommodating! Will definitely be where I stay anytime I come to Tampa area!

Memorial Day Family Get Away

Check in was easy. The condo was so welcoming. We immediately felt at home. We had a problem with the cable box but Carmen came right over and fixed it while we were out for dinner. The condo was clean and accommodating. We had ample space for our family of 7. It is conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. The only thing I would mention is that are several stairs to enter into the property which was a challenge for my 82 year old mother. However she was happy the entire visit. Thanks again Carmen for sharing your property.

Family getaway

Overall the property was nice just a few issues. The cable in the family room never worked. When I reported the issue to the property manager she provided some troubleshooting tips but the issue was never resolved or addressed any further even after requesting someone come correct the problem. There were a few issues with water bugs also. The neighborhood was quiet which was a plus.

Perfect vacation rental!

Just returned from a week at this beautiful retreat. Little Harbour has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Restaurants, the beach, and nightly entertainment are a quick walk down the street. The condo itself was beautiful, comfortable and just perfect! Can't wait to return! Thank you for sharing your home!! Melisss
