Downtown Tampa, Channelside, Hyde Park, Harbour Island, the Airport, International Mall, and all other attractions are within a 10-20 minute drive. Clearwater and St Pete Beach are about a 45 minute drive.
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.

-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (10 Max).

-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / garage.

-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors when you leave the home.


Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.
