    Bungalow



    The Space:

    This gorgeous backyard bungalow puts you right in the heart of Tampa's hip, South Seminole Heights neighborhood, close to some of the city's best restaurants and attractions. The popular Riverwalk and the new Armature Works are less than two miles away by bike or car, while breweries and several great dining options can be found within walking distance.



    The cottage has been fully renovated for complete modern comfort and features a detached floor plan for added privacy and separation from the main house. A brand-new deck (shared with the main house) offers a shaded spot to relax with your favorite beverage. In the evenings, you can gather around the firepit on the shared patio.



    A full-size fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a sink provide home-snacking convenience. Free WiFi and a smart TV are equipped for streaming, web browsing, and remote working. Additional perks include a private washer/dryer and a split air-conditioner.



    Things to Know

    Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

    Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Great studio in a quiet safe neighborhood! Within walking distance to a great coffee and two good breweries!! I stayed for a month and was very happy!

Hyvää: Sisäänkirjautuminen, viestintä ja sijainti
Experience was just Ok. Floors were dirty upon arrival so I had to immediately clean them. Couches and chairs and carpet were all stained and did not seem very clean. The floor of the shower was stained black in areas and also didn’t seem very clean. Also was a musty smell in the bathroom but this faded with use of the shower, etc. Had multiple plumbing issues, but these were handled very quickly. Also had an issue with the air-conditioning. The auto lock to the door was completely defective, so I had to use a key provided for me from their own master lock behind the unit the entire time. Communication is very confusing because this property is managed by a third-party company rather than a individual. The management employees are different than the Property Manager, who is different than the owner. I was at times confused if I was talking to an automated AI response system or a real person. But the Property Manager Casey was very helpful. The clothing rack and hangers shown in the picture were nowhere to be found. I stayed for a month for a medical school rotation, so this property was perfect for what I needed, but I was just definitely ready to leave by the end of the month because the place just seemed very musty. But it was in a very quiet and safe feeling street close to very cute shops. Price is cheaper than most other VRBO‘s in the area, but probably only suitable for someone who isn’t too much of a stick stickler about cleanliness.
