Welcome to Little Harbor Resort at Bahia Beach in Ruskin, Florida! This 1,850 SF townhome with 4 balconies on the water, and just a 5 minute walk to the beach, awaits you for your next vacation! Watch dolphins and sailboats pass by, spend a day at the beach, or dine at one of the two restaurants on site. Enjoy live music nightly on the beach. Take a dip in the pool, hot tub, or bay during the day, or just simply relax with your loved ones.
Enjoy 1,850 SF of space including two living rooms, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, four balconies, and two and a half baths. A full size water bed exists in the master bedroom along with an in suite bathroom complete with standup shower and tub. The middle bedroom has both a desk and a full size bed. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds for the kids in the family to include a twin up top and a full size bed on the bottom. There is a second full size bathroom upstairs with a shower and tub combo. Downstairs there are two living rooms with couches and additional seating, each with it's own TV. A full size dining table awaits you off of the kitchen and a small dining table for breakfast or kids meals also awaits your family.
You'll have full access to the entire townhome with the exception of the garage. The garage is closed and used as storage by the owner. Amenities in the community are there for guests to utilize as they wish, including full size pool, hot tub, gym, kids playground, fishing pier, private beach, kayak launch, marina, and both restaurants and bars. Freedom Boat Club is also on site with more than 40+ boats between the two in-resort marinas.
You'll be able to text and call when necessary with the owner of this unit. The door has an electronic keypad where you will be provided a code for self-checkin.
Guests can kayak and jet ski in Tampa Bay or relax on a private beach at this Florida resort. Features include 2 restaurants, 3 pools, and 2 hot tubs. The Ellenton Outlet Mall is 15 miles away. Guests can get work done in the business centre or break a sweat in fitness centre. The Resort and Club at Little Harbor offers a massage service, 24-hour reception, and on-site shops.
