This space has brand new appliances, features an enormous 95` TV in the living room, comfy new furnishings, and a private patio out back. This home is in a convenient location on W Columbus Dr, just 5-10 minutes away from any Tampa sporting event and the heart of downtown.

You will absolutely love the modern decor and the intricate details throughout the home! Take full advantage of the fully stocked kitchen which offers stainless steel appliances, a new Whirlpool refrigerator, Keurig Coffee maker and a complimentary starter kit of coffee supplies.

Staying in? Relax on the plush sofa and catch up on your favorite shows with the massive mounted 95-inch flat screen Smart TV. The sofa pulls out into a Queen sized bed, which sleeps 2 adults comfortably. Count your Z`s on the incredibly comfortable King, Queen and Full beds that are equipped with hybrid memory foam mattresses.

- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the home will result in a $500 fine.
- Pets: We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $75/pet per stay. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any pet waste left in the yard will result in a $100 removal fee.
