House Rules

1. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-In: 4:00 PM or later
Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out will require an additional fee of $50/hour. This option is not guaranteed but based on availability. Please contact us so we can the availability of your requests.

2. Smoking

Smoking is **NOT** allowed inside the house.
Please smoke in the designated outdoor areas and dispose of butts properly.

3. Pets

Pets are not allowed. If you are traveling with a service animal, please notify us in advance.

4. Noise

Please be considerate of the neighbors. No loud music or parties.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. ANY PARTIES THROWN WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND.

5. Additional Guests

Please only host the number of guests that was booked. If you plan to have more guests, please ask in advance.

6. Parking

4 cars can fit in the driveway. Please do not park on the grass. Street Parking is available. We are not liable for towing or parking tickets.

7. Garage

Please do not open the garage. The garage has been converted into a game room for your enjoyment. Cars cannot be parked in the garage.

8. PLEASE ONLY FLUSH PROVIDED TOILET PAPER DOWN TOILETS.
Any use of feminine products or wipes must be thrown away in provided trash cans. This home`s plumbing system is ran by an electric pump, meaning the system is very sensitive. If toilets are clogged, and the result is due to any of these being flushed, you will be responsible for the entire plumbing bill.

Any items broken or missing after checkout will incur a replacement fee plus labor charges.
