The property was within walking distance to the concert venue I attended. The room was clean and service was good but building I was in was a little worn out. Again service and food were excellent. Biggest negative was having to pass through the cigarette smoke filled casino to access my room!

Casino was the worst one I have ever experienced in all the world of my many travels. The play of the slots was atrocious as all of the machines, at any denomination, would suck your money away without even more than a line hit. Believe me, save your money and co to another place. Room was great, bed incredible, staff very nice and accommodating but casino would be better to play some lottery tickets

Room looks and feels old, worn, & outdated. Tub was gritty/dirty and couldn’t use. Sink drains didn’t work properly. For the price of this room it was extremely disappointing and we won’t be back again.

Great stay! The only suggestion would be to have an easier/safer walkable path to/from the MidFlorida Credit Union Ampitheater. This is not part of the Hard Rock Hotel property, but it is just across the highway.

The room was below par. For $420 a night it should’ve been a lot nicer. It was dated looking. The view was awful there was a wasp nest. I have stayed at Quality Inns that were nicer. I worked at the Hard Rock Las Vegas for 5 years and we took pride in the property. Big disappointment.

This is our second time staying here. They gave us a free upgrade to a royal suite and it’s amazing! I feel very safe here and the rooms are elegant and comfortable! We love the spa, pool and cafes. It’s nice that they have scooters to rent so my hubby can get around well. We’ll be back!

i liked all the dining options. It was one of the largest casinos I have ever been in. It was very difficult to find my way around. The staff was very helpful with directions.

We paid $700 a night for a room that was NEVER serviced during our 3 night stay. Had to call the front desk and ask for replacement towels, coffee, water etc. I was told that rooms do not get serviced unless you call and ask. So much for the “make up room” button by the door. I’ve had better treatment at the Hampton Inn.
