The house was great. It is located in an area of affluent homes and a safe area. Large indoor space for a big family. The Master suite was excellent. I was quite impressed with just how CLEAN the house was, which is what we all hope for when we rent. Everything needed was available and the kitchen appliances were excellent as well. The pool and outside patio were fantastic. So nice of an area to relax and with all the trees and plants around, you'll find it very private. Lilya was great!! She is super-fast to respond to any questions you may have. I would recommend this rental to anyone!

The property was not up date and new looking like I expected it to be. Make sure you ask for up-to-date photos. Washing machine was nasty i purchase bleach to clean it out. Cooking dishes need to be updated..No broom so couldn't sweep floors. Furniture has holes in it .master bedroom shower leaked from shower head and nobe. Couldn't have company past 9pm when I stateded it was a family reunion it was terrible, when I did notify host of issues there response was I can leave unfortunately because it was a group of family members and we had purchased 400 in food i delt with the issues but just make sure you asked for updated pictures so you won't get disappointed.Front door falling apart from the bottom pool table raggedy one good thing spacious IF you dont want grass get cement makes property look better than not cutting or having it not done, it stands out looking at the other homes.Kitchen floor needs new tile. Pool furniture needs to be cleaned off or updated too.home improvement will go along way.best of luck to

The house is beautiful! Beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Owners were immediately responsive. Kitchen was fully stocked, pool was clean and the outside bathroom is a great addition! Only downside was that the lawn was overgrown and the playser outside couldn’t be used because the sandspurs were everywhere. Overall great stay!

Family Reunion

It's the little things that make all the difference. From the bottled water in the refrigerator when we arrived to the soap in every bathroom and pool towels by the back door. This house felt like a home away from home from the moment we walked in. It was the perfect option for our group while visiting with family in this part of Florida. It’s a perfect peace and quiet place for home

The property owner is comforting. Bed sheets are clean but can use a bit softener for a better sleep. The access through the back door is easier, the front door access is a bit out of place. There’s plenty of kitchen utensils, knives, spoons, pots and pans, cups and glasses are all up to date, generous enough worth enough to stay here.

Wonderful Vacation

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your home, while we were in town for a family wedding. We appreciated the very timely communication before our arrival and during our stay. It was comforting to book with a host who understood travelling with a 3 month old and two year old, so they had the sleeping okay-yards all ready for our arrival. The home was perfectly clean and very toddler friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing pool and all of the pool toys to keep our toddler entertained. The kitchen and BBQ were nicely equipped and bedrooms very comfortable. Thank you again!

Great spot to see Tampa & surrounds from.

Loved the home. Great layout. Very high end appliances in kitchen. Only issue was one of the beds was very weak and owner has already ordered a new one. Very responsive owners as well. Pool was awesome and had heater for the first couple chilly nights. 9.9 out of ten for us.

Great Home in a Beautiful Neighborhood

After a lot of research, we are so glad we decided on this wonderful VRBO. It is set in a beautiful neighborhood with beautiful greenery. We felt very comfortable with plenty of clean uncluttered space, parking and amenities. The bedding is very comfortable. There are several TVs-even in the pool area and 2 bedrooms! The pool was perfect and we really appreciated having 3 1/2 bathrooms. It was a pleasure to communicate with the host Lilya- We all loved Lilya's home and had a great time!!!

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were several areas where the property did not meet our expectations, especially considering the cost of the rental. The furniture throughout the home was quite old and showed significant wear. The house also was not as clean as it should have been upon arrival. The kitchen floor was sticky, the countertops had areas that appeared not to have been thoroughly cleaned, and the cabinets were noticeably dirty and in need of wiping down. The pool was fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of the property. However, the outdoor patio furniture was old and worn, and even the pool toy storage container appeared dilapidated. Additionally, the outdoor fan and patio lights were not functioning. This became particularly noticeable when we used the grill, as the patio became extremely hot without the fan running.Another issue was the air conditioning system. It is programmed to remain at 72 degrees and cannot be adjusted by guests. While this was frustrating initially, we did become accustomed to it after a few days.Inside the home, the couch facing the pool was heavily worn and torn in several places. It was uncomfortable and uninviting to sit on. Overall, I felt the online photos made the property appear much nicer and more updated than it actually was.I generally do not like leaving negative reviews and try to focus on the positives, but when spending thousands of dollars on a vacation rental, I do expect a higher standard of cleanlines

Nice Place

This place was in very good condition. Everything was clean. All appliances, cookware, silverware, linens, toilet paper etc were in place. Neatly arranged. Only issue was the Swimming pool temperature. The water was hot. I would suggest not to heat the pool. It causes the Chlorine to evaporate and cause algae. That was we saw. However, Liliana send the pool maintenance right away. We would stay that again. Thank you.

Feels like Home

From the moment we walked in the door we felt at home. The house was clean, nicely decorated and furnished with everything we needed. Kitchen was spacious and we loved the gas stove top to cook on as well as the roominess of having more than one person helping in the kitchen. It was so nice to have multiple living areas where kids and adults could spread out and enjoy different activities as well as room enough to all be together. The pool and sitting area outside were heavenly , clean and well maintained. We loved having the showering off station outside and the restroom just off the pool. Places to hang towels outside was also a nice addition as were toys to play with while in the pool. We adults enjoyed being able to talk , swim and watch kids whether we were in the pool or sitting close by on outdoor furniture. The Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed. You could tell by all the amenities and little things like games for kids and adults , swimming towels and toys etc that the owners really thought through all the details to make this a wonderful getaway home ! The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained and so close to where we could access anything we needed from gas stations to grocery stores to freeway or restaurants. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and so kind. We hated to leave and would love to stay at this home again ! A perfect 10!!!
