Ahventa Hillsborough-joella on iso studiohuoneisto, jossa on valtava parveke kaksikerroksisen kaksikerroksisen talon toisessa kerroksessa, josta on näköala Hillsborough-joelle. Olet ylös puiden keskuudessa, jolta on näkymät kauniille Hillsborough-joelle ja Tampan keskustaan.
Huoneisto on juuri valmistunut uusittu ja perustettu ottamaan loma-asunnot 4. tammikuuta 2017 alkaen!

Upea parveke, josta on näkymät Tampan keskustaan ja Hillsborough-jokeen, on täydellinen paikka rentoutua ja rentoutua.
Huoneistossa on täysin varustettu keittiö, kylpyhuone, queen-size-vuode ja oleskelutila sohvalla, josta voi tulla erillinen vuode. Pidempää oleskelua varten on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu vieraiden käyttöön.

Talo istuu joen varrella, joka on jaettu kahden muun lomakohteen kanssa (omaisuuden tunnus # 801363 ja omaisuuden tunnus # 642448). Kaikki kolme taloa voi vuokrata yhdessä, jos sinulla on suuri 10 hengen ryhmä.

Jokaisella loma-asunnolla on oma sisäänkäynti ja se on täysin yksityinen, jaetulla yksityisellä pysäköintialueella on runsaasti tilaa autoillesi.

Studio on keskellä kaikkea Tampan tarjottavaa - Tampan keskusta, Ybor City, Channelside, Amalie Arena, Tampa Convention Center, South Tampa, Busch Gardens ja Raymond James Stadium ovat kaikki 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä talosta. Haluatko päiväretken maailmankuuluihin Persianlahden rantoihimme? 45 minuutin päässä talosta ovat palkitut rannat, kuten Ft Desoto Beach ja Clearwater Beach.

Kävelymatkan päässä Ahvenasta on venesatama Rick's-joen rannalla, rantaravintola, jossa on satamalauttoja merirosvo-taksille, joka voi viedä retken joelle ja erilaisiin baareihin ja ravintoloihin matkan varrella.

Huoneistossa on myös upouusi suuressa näytössä toimiva älytelevisio, joten pääset suoraan Netflix-, Amazon Prime- tai Hulu-tilillesi. Siinä on myös WIFI ja peruskaapeli. Olemme yrittäneet ajatella kaikkia kodin mukavuuksia lomalla ollessasi!

First, the view from the second floor deck down the river is beautiful. The apartment we stayed in was comfortable and clean. The AC works great and keeps the apartment nice and cool. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates and utensils we needed. The interior of the unit is bright and airy with lots of windows letting in the light.We would definitely stay there again.

We were in town for a concert. The apartment is exactly as the pictures online show. Views are amazing. The owner was gracious and quick to answer our questions. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The property was clean, accurate as described in photos and secure with a functioning electric gate to the parking spaces. The view of downtown was absolutely beautiful; the neighborhood was a 6 out of 10 and all equipment worked as expected. The only negative thing to be said was the strong musty smell inside the unit which necessitated us leaving the door open whenever we were in the unit, excluding nighttime of course.

Can't say enough about this hidden gem. Elevated deck above the river, large interior space with good layout, full kitchen, private parking, gorgeous views of downtown skyline day and night, sounds of seagulls and the river, clean and private - a magical place for my stays for my work trips to Tampa!

The Perch had a large deck, where we spent most of our time while at the unit. The view from there of the city and activity on the river was delightful. On the one evening when storming, we could still appreciate the Perch because of at least 11 windows giving us a 360 degree bird’s eye view. The only thing that would have been nice is motion detector lights on the steps up to get to the deck and second floor entrance. We are already looking forward to another future stay at the Perch.

This was our third stay at The Perch in 3 years. We really love this property. It is charming and we love the deck and the great view of downtown Tampa, as well as watching the boat activity on the river. The property is always well stocked with necessities. The neighborhood around The Perch is quite run down but all of the homes on the river are very nice and gated. We have never felt unsafe. There are a lot of steps to climb to get to the Perch but it is worth it. Also, it is a short, easy drive to the airport, which is helpful. The owner has always been responsive and helpful.

Beautiful little spot! Has a wonderful view from the porch! Easy to get in and out with good parking. The bed is a little old but the room made up for it! We absolutely enjoyed feeding the ducks and seeing all kinds of birds! We will be staying again.

Such a relaxing stay. We enjoyed sitting on the porch especially in the mornings and evenings. The view of the river and Tampa skyline is beautiful. I would highly recommend this property. Lauren is very responsive with any questions. We will definitely be back! I miss it already.

The view was beautiful and the unit was decent. We ran out of toilet paper on day 2 so had to go buy some more. Bath towels are old, worn out and should be replaced. The people renting the other units on the property had a party. There was no parking available when I arrived and my sons car got blocked in from the party goers. Party was a little loud until midnight. Found a few ants in the bathroom and one on the bed on the day of our departure.

My boyfriend & I had a wonderful time staying here, it was the perfect amount of space for the two of us. The view is beautiful & we enjoyed sitting outside everyday watching all the boats go by! Lauren was very friendly & even was nice enough to say we could check in earlier if we liked since the rental was already ready for us. The neighborhood right by the rental is not the best but the property is gated so we still felt very safe staying there. It was also very close to downtown, Armature Works, the airport, among many other fun places to visit in the area which was great!
