The Space:

Our property features six identical, fully renovated 1/1 apartments. When you book, you are reserving one of these consistent, high-standard units, and a specific suite will be assigned to you prior to arrival.

- Tech-Ready: High-speed 500 Mbps Wi-Fi and 4K Roku Smart TVs (streaming apps only).

- Easy-Clean Flooring: Original, polished terrazzo throughout for a cool, hypoallergenic environment.

- Climate Control: Independent AC units in the bedroom and living area.



Kitchen & Bath

- Full Kitchen: Complete with full-sized appliances and dining table for four.

- Bathroom Options: Clean, modern bathrooms featuring either a bathtub/shower combo or a step-free shower (subject to availability).

- Essentials: Starter toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, are provided.



Community & Location

- Convenience: Private parking at your doorstep and a central community dumpster.

- On-Site Laundry: Free, shared laundry shed available for guest use.

- Outdoor Space: Private covered front porch and communal BBQ area with a picnic table and charcoal grill (charcoal not provided).

- The Hub: 5 minutes to USF, 8 minutes to the VA, and 9 minutes to Moffitt.



Guest Access:

- Guests have full, private access to their assigned 1-bedroom apartment and the following shared amenities:

- Dedicated Parking: You will have a reserved parking space located directly in front of your specific unit for easy access.

- On-Site Laundry: A shared laundry shed is available on the property; use of the washer and dryer is complimentary for guest stays.

- Outdoor Amenities: You are welcome to use the communal picnic area, which features a charcoal grill.

- Private Entry: Each unit is equipped with a digital lock for secure, keyless entry during your stay.

Quiet Hours (8 PM – 8 AM): To support our guests here for rest and recovery, we strictly observe quiet hours from 8 PM to 8 AM. Parties or loud gatherings are not permitted at any time.



Smoke-Free Property: For the health of all guests, this property is strictly non-smoking, including e-cigarettes.



Laundry Access: The shared laundry shed is a complimentary amenity for guest use.
