• Laundry Facilities: On-site coin-operated washers and dryers are available 24 hours on the 3rd level, next to the elevator. The price per load is typically $3 (subject to change); quarters and cards are accepted. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days. For longer stays (5 nights or more), replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability. We recommend using the on-site laundry to refresh towels as needed.

• Pest Note: While the home is regularly treated, pests are common in Florida, especially near the water. Sightings may occur, and refunds are not provided for pest-related issues.

• Weather: If booking during hurricane season (July–November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions.

• Amenities: Some amenities, such as the pool, are managed by the HOA and may occasionally close for maintenance or cleaning. Availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for amenity-related issues.

• Construction/Noise: Construction or renovations may occur in nearby units or on neighboring properties without prior notice. We are unable to provide refunds for inconveniences resulting from these factors, utility repairs, or city repairs beyond our control.

• Supplies: Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for anything additional you may need.

• Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and their return is requested, guests are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
