Get away from it all in this spacious pool home on a canal that leads to the Tampa Bay. Watch the sunset as you relax by the pool in the enclosed lanai, go kayaking, fish out on the dock, and maybe even see a dolphin or manatee in the canal. This beautiful 3BR/2BA home is great for the whole family. 15-30 min away from several beaches, nearby supermarket, 35 min from Busch Gardens, and only 1 hr 20 min from Disney.

More details:
Comfy 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one of which is connected to the master bedroom. Direct access to the private patio and pool area from the master bedroom and one of the additional bedrooms, as well as from the kitchen and two dining areas. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with new stainless steel appliances.

The patio and pool area is enclosed by a lanai with doors that lead to the backyard and dock. There is a doggy door in the lanai so your furry friends can access the fenced backyard and play all day.

There's plenty for the kiddos and the whole family to do - from playing in the pool, to kayaking down the canal to the Tampa Bay, to movie night in our comfy, spacious living room on the large smart TV.

You can tie a small vessel to the dock. Contact owner for max length.

Perfect Retreat on the Canals You and your dogs will love

Easily one of the best properties I’ve stayed at for a short term rental. The owner was extremely communicative prior to check in and while the hot tub was left in service mode when we got there, the pool guy came to fix it within an hour of sending a message to the host. The house itself was impressively stocked with everything we needed for the week. We will definitely be back.

Ultimate Relaxation

The property was located on a beautiful canal. The house was beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed seeing a couple of dolphins a manatee and plenty of fish! The spa and pool were both very welcomed after a days work. The kayaks provided us with a great way to explore the canal we paddled out to the bay. Our fur babies also enjoyed their time! The host was wonderful and took care of any and all questions immediately!!! Will be back for another stay!

Great home and location!

Property is very nice to stay at and in a wonderful secure felt community. The only gripe "i" had was the location of the BBQ which is stored in the garage at front of house. Was told by owner i could move to the back but to please return to the garage (after every use!)..ugh,never bothered to move it to the back. So i got to see and wave at a lot of neighbors as they drove by looking at me on the driveway BBQing..lol got use to it! ..i guess no big deal!.. my suggestion is to have it by the pool on the small deck right outside the lanai which is more convenient to the kitchen with a cover to put over it after every use. Everything else was Awesome!

Amazing Home and Location

We wanted a relaxing place for our 6 week winter getaway from Michigan! Shir's place offered everything and more! The lanai pool/hot tub/patio with large screen smart tv was our favorite "room". We even watched the Superbowl out there! Our favorite amenities were: Fridge in kitchen, fridge in garage and wine fridge under the coffee bar Large washer and dryer Huge smart TVs (the one on the patio was a bonus and most watched) Coffee bar (two coffee pots) Thank you for the extra chaises Great communication!!! Shir is a great communicator and got back to us quickly with answers. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED your place! We hope to come back sometime!

Excellent property

The house is well-kept. Our family had an excellent vacation here. Very clean throughout. Air conditioning worked well in all rooms. Pool and spa were extremely enjoyable. Everyone enjoyed restful sleep in the beds. We cooked nearly every night. The location is very convenient to shopping and highways.

I’ll be fair and honest with my rating of this property and stay. To receive a 5* the accommodations must be immaculate, everything should work/function properly and the guest will have little to no inconveniences. To start it would have been nice if the yard was freshly mowed and pool cleaned. My Pomeranian had trouble walking in the grass to potty and came back loaded with little burs every time. You will have to skim the pool due to bugs and after 4 days of this the pool was looking good until the yard service showed up and left a nice layer of fine grass all across the top. The pool services didn’t arrive until next day so the scheduling of these needs adjustment. There are floats but no pump so we had to go buy a small one. All the TVs use streaming services so you will have to log in to each one with your username/password. There is a bbq but had flair ups on first use and you have to move it well outside of garage and down the driveway or you’ll set off fire alarm as I did. The house gets cool but master bedroom does not so bring fans. The master bath shower is nice, multiple heads but drains slow so you stand in a puddle, no towel rack, no TP holder and only 1 outlet in vanity area. We didn’t use 2nd bdrm or kids room. If you are sensitive to mosquitoes and no see-ums you will need to have a lot of spray. A lot of little inconveniences which is why I cannot give it a 5* rating. Its a nice house in a quiet neighborhood but only gets a 4*. We recommend Fins to eat at.

My family and I came to visit extended family and I could not have picked a better home to stay at. It is very well taken care of ,you can tell the owners take pride in their rental home. The home was very clean and very comfortable beds and the master bath shower is great. Having the pool was great for the family my children loved it and very clean. Very nice kitchen to be able to eat in. Great yard and dock. Our hosts were great and very nice! We definitely will be back, plus it is a great location and a very nice neighborhood and easy access to stores. This was a 6 Star home!!! I highly recommend if staying in Tampa area.

Relaxing and beautiful

We had a wonderful stay! We really had no need to leave the home! My child loved the pool and I loved sitting on the lanai watching her in the shade with fans AND a TV! The home and scenery is simply beautiful! The beds were comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, quiet neighborhood, everything you need to cook with, eat with, laundry supplies, dish washing supplies, it’s all there! My favorite was enjoying my morning coffee on the lanai listening to the canal and the birds. I will definitely be back!
