This hotel is quite old and it shows inside the rooms. While clean, the carpets were stained, furniture is in poor condition; however, Iâm not sure if updates are being done post 2023 typhoon Mawar.
We were looking forward to a free weaving class we had signed up for, but with the tsunami advisory, they cancelled the class. No big deal, but every single other thing at the hotel was still open and running (ie restaurants, pools, bar, etc) â so that was a bummer.
One thing to note, the blinds in the bathroom do not offer any privacy. So if staying w/ someone that isnât family, that could be quite awkward showering with the blinds wide open. They donât pull down the entire length of the window so you can see through the bottom portion.
Parking is super easy and convenient. Extremely friendly staff and service. There really isnât anywhere to walk to thatâs close by, but very accessible with a car. Other than the rooms being a bit outdated, we enjoyed our stay nonetheless!
