”Hotel Staff members are so nice and helpful and friendly :) Thank you so much :)”

”I enjoyed the hotel and lagoon like beach. There were beautiful fish just swimming around my legs, but it was not dredged so it was hard to walk in the water due to many large flat rocks. The water was also very shallow during the day, and ok at high tide. The staff were very helpful.”

”Good-sized rooms, lovely bay views and sunsets, and a decent pool. Unfortunately, the service falls short. Stained bedsheets, limited dining beyond the buffet, difficulties arranging a taxi, and no pool towels one morning. Staff whistled while serving at the small lobby café, while valet staff rested their feet against the wall and seemed more interested in their conversation than helping guests. For a property positioned as Guam’s best hotel, the facilities are decent. The service and...

Sijainti on hiukan syrjässä, kävelymatkaa lähimpään ravintolaan on 15 minuuttia.

”Every night our room smelled like bbq smoke. If you have issues with smell, bad air quality or allergies you will not like how the room smelled like bbq smoke. The staff was polite and we had no other issues with our hotel. We didn’t bring up the minor issue with the hotel staff since we are not sensitive to the smells and or air quality. Everything else was good or excellent.”

”Worth every dollar. I have stayed at this location on and off for over 20 years and I can say the new renovations tremendously improve the rooms and the overall location is generally accessible to many things you want to do in Guam. Tumon has the touristy spots while you are stoned throw from KMart, the mall, and a good steakhouse downstairs. Overall I recommend the location and the price is very reasonable for the room cleanliness and amenities. Only set back was that they didn’t provide any...

”The Plaza is a well maintained hotel that's inexpensive and accommodationing. For the price, it stands head and shoulders above any of the similar priced locations.”

”There’s NO breakfast included. Expedia should remove that filter. But so many groceries store & Donki near by to buy food. Very convenient to go to the airport too. Totally recommended for some convenience. Also near the beach but have to walk about 30 mins.”

”Cheap & affordable. Staffs are awesome & place was neat.”
