”It was very clean, the kitchenette was also very nice. Plenty of space for luggage. Shuttle was also clean and was there early, the driver was also nice and helpful as well. The room I was in, the drain wouldn't really pop back up to drain, but it was still very good after a long day of traveling. Would definitely recommend staying at.”

”Had a two night stay. When we left during the day, housekeeping came by. Noticed my dress was missing. Tried calling the front desk and was told they would call me regarding it. Still have not received a phone call. Found a dead cockroach as well. The sheets had stains on it. Horrible parking, no space and had to park in the mud”

”Room looks clean but found stuffs under the bed from previous occupants and air conditioning was not cold, we informed front desk about it but they just laughed about it like was a joke. I asked if the was cleaned before we checked in and was told not really”

”I have 2 sides The check- in process was much too long. There were four customers ahead of me, two were already being helped. It took 43 minutes until it was my turn. There were 5 customers behind me. When I made it to the counter, the entire staff seemed defeated. No welcome, no smile, nothing positive. Every time the phone rang, they stopped helping customers to answer the long calls. During the typhoon, housekeeping was just excellent, kind and very positive. They helped dry the room...

”The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice.
As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over.
Also, while I don’t have visitors, their requirement that each person visiting register at the lobby makes this location feel unwelcoming.”
