”Overall the cleanliness of this location is going downhill from when they opened. I stay here frequently. I found used sheets on the pullout and our room smelled of dog urine that they'd tired to mask. The water dispenser in the fitness room wasn't working either.”

”Breakfast was fresh. Parking was easy. Staff often did not understand English. We told the front desk twice that there was glass in the parking lot from a wine bottle, it looked like broke. First day, no one did anything. My husband second day notified them and the glass the third day was still there. I personally picked up big pieces”

”There was no breakfast served and no pool even though it showed a picture of the breakfast area when we were booking it. The toilet was stopped up and they gave my daughter a plunger to fix it herself. Very disappointed in this hotel.”

”Yes, it is welcome for pets. I don't have a pet. Staff was friendly. Room wasn't clean to the normal standards dust and dirt on the floor, rod for hanging towels and wash cloths was broke. ”

”The room was decent, nothing spectacular but it's ok for couple of nights if you're on a budget. You could hear noise from neighbouring rooms, and that was annoying at night time.”

”To begin with the refrigerator did not work, we had food in it and the light was on but it did not keep food cold. It was lukewarm. The food was thrown out needless to say. The heater did not work . It was somehow set at 65. I was able to set it for 70 but the heat never came on. The phone was dead. There was no sound. The was only one roll of tp in the room. With no extra to be found. The elevator did not work on a consistent basis. We were locked in and another guest figured out how to open...
