”An isolated tropical paradise hotel. Lovely beach, good restaurant, nice rooms. Taxi trip to Tulum takes about 10-15 minutes, but the village at least is not worth while. Tulum beach is nice but if i would stay at this hotel again, I would not leave the hotel. Perfect place for relaxation.”

The hospitality was next level—Erik and Dalia at the front desk were always kind, helpful, and made getting around super easy. ”No pudimos hospedarnos en Alea, estuvimos en Nerea, cuyo personal tiene una atención maravillosa. Cada día la persona de limpieza dejaba la habitación impecable. Las instalaciones siempre estaban idóneas y limpias. La playa a pesar del sargazo era accesible por el muelle. También disfrutamos con el kayak y los chalecos salvavidas que tienen a disposición. ”

”What a beautiful gem. The apartment was glorious! Clean and well stocked. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was excellent. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The beach is right out the front door, unfortunately the sea grass was out of control and we could not access the water. Bespoke is a little off the beaten path, but we had no problems accessing transportation. Highly recommend!”
