”Hotel was great! Location is ok; the hotel is placed little bit further from the beach and 5th avenue traffic. Altough Constituentes is one block away and so is superstore Mega and absolytely best restaurant in town called El Fogon. Rooms are pretty simple and spacious. Breakfast is ok, but not as generous as it could had been. Hotel saff is absolytely GREAT! I can highly recommend this hotel for everyone!”

”We had the best time staying at Elements. Hotel is brand new and there was still some little touching up going on but that didnt bother us. Rooms are big and stylish and the pool area is so cozy. The staff is the most helpful you will find, they will give you tips on restaurants, beaches, cenotes etc. The breakfast is very good and healthy. I saw some comments about the area being a little sketchy but I think thats just Mexico and if you're expecting clean sidewalks and only beautiful buildings...

”Hotel room was clean except the floor was sandy/. You needed brush the sand/dirt from your feet every time when you sit on the bed. One night there were few brown bugs crawling on the floor after heavy rain, my room was on the ground level.
