”There is issues with insufficient pressure for plumbing, unhelpful staff and it is NOT all inclusive despite being advertised as such. There is nobody to check you in, just directions on how to get your keys. Considering there is not much around you're better off being anywhere else.”

”What a fabulous hotel. Everything was perfect and they even upgraded our rooms at no extra charge. The staff is wonderful. They are helpful and cheerful. The beach is pristine. They invested in a seaweed wall this year to keep the beach clear of seaweed year around. The breakfast was wonderful, lunch and dinner delicious. Great snorkeling close by; easy to get to with the complementary kayaks. Security was spot on and the whole atmophere was calm, pristine and safe. Highly recommend this hotel!!”
