”Wonderful staff! We loved the restaurants. The wait staff is so friendly and fun. We were lucky enough to have Carlos as our waiter for 3 consecutive nights. Laura in concierge services was fenomenal. The entertainment crew put together lots of fun activities and music/dance each night. We had a great vacation”

”Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.”

”We had a great time at VR Tulum. The staff and food was great. We also got to see Turtles lay eggs 2 of the nights that we were there right on the beach outside of our door. My family and I had a great time!”

”I would highly recommend the resort for anyone wanting to get away from crowds at larger resorts. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The food and the views were top notch. There is plenty to do especially for divers and fisherman.”
