Huoneistolomakeskukset – Tankah

”Excelente lugar”

”There is issues with insufficient pressure for plumbing, unhelpful staff and it is NOT all inclusive despite being advertised as such. There is nobody to check you in, just directions on how to get your keys. Considering there is not much around you're better off being anywhere else.”

”We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! We would recommend a rental car if you are wanting to leave the resort. This is not in the busy resort area, it's a little bit outside of Tulum. We really liked not being in the busy area. This resort was also the best value that we saw for all-inclusive. One thing to note is this resort is part of Framissima, which is a French travel company. We were not aware and were surprised that nearly all the guests were French. We also kinda liked that we...

”Excelentes instalaciones muy limpias, personal muy amable y atentos. Excelente menú y sabor de los desayunos y comidas. La habitación muy cómoda y excelente vista a la alberca y playa.”

”Beautiful property, Staff went above and beyond in every way to accommodate and were extremely friendly. Had a great family experience here”

”The house and cenote is beautiful.”

”Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quiet, serene, definitely a vibe worth experiencing. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation.”

”Super Buen hotel muy buena la estadia . Personal muy amable ,volvere de Seguro”

”I fell in love with this place. It was just what I needed - rest, relaxation, peace, fun, beauty. The staff was amazing! The food was amazing! The massage was amazing! Everything was amazing and a wonderful escape from my stressful days.”

”A rare time when the pictures line up with reality. Our stay was very nice. The place is well run and only a couple years old. The food was great. There weren't many people staying there since we went in slow season (July) so it felt very mellow and private. The beach was full of seaweed so we couldn't swim, but we expected that so it wasn't a disappointment. The beach is very calm and shallow. Excellent location near everything. No more than a 15 minute drive to most of our activities. Highly...

”Very nice and accommodating reception staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice to be so close to the Santa with the Tours included.”

”the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.”

”An isolated tropical paradise hotel. Lovely beach, good restaurant, nice rooms. Taxi trip to Tulum takes about 10-15 minutes, but the village at least is not worth while. Tulum beach is nice but if i would stay at this hotel again, I would not leave the hotel. Perfect place for relaxation.”

”Exactly as pictured/described. We LOVED enjoying the personal plunge pool after a day of adventuring to cool down and listen to the ocean. It is on the top floor with construction next door, as was included in the description but it did not interfere with our enjoyment at all. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with questions and freely provided suggestions for activities. The AC was great at night while we opened the doors for the warm breeze if in the room during the day....

”We had a wonderful week here. Mac was very responsive and helpful. The pool was great. The place was beautifully furnished. Had lots of great meals both in town and just down the street. We even got to see turtles nesting on the beach just off the pool deck.”
