”Manas Resort with Petting Zoo is an amazing place for families especially with kids who love pets! They have a very good collection of dogs, rabbits, and birds, and they allow guests to pet these. Kids freak out when they get a pet of their own choice. Besides, the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. ”Great location and views, but some compromises. The resort is peaceful and serene with direct balcony views of hills and lake. It’s quite remote with nothing much nearby, and reaching the property takes longer than expected due to extremely bad roads (a 2 min drive takes about 7-8 mins). Rooms (Belvedere) are spacious with big balconies but overall condition is just okay—lots of patchwork, and TVs didn’t work. Staff and service are good. Food tastes great but caused stomach issues for everyone...

”Staff is not enough coperative. Room have less space. Adequate room service, like tea, is not available. Mandir distance is not 5mts walking, at least 10mts.”

”1.no electricity 2.no service what so ever , we called their restaurants at least 4 times but they did not care to pickup call 3. we had order a sandwich and after 1 hpur waiter comes and inform us it cannot be made. 4. they roof of the room was dripping in rain 5. the bathtub was broken and leaking 6. bathtub was not even cleaned the water was yellow as urine”

”Reception was responsive though cleanliness of bed was terrible and staff could not provide clean comforter and very bold to say that hotel didn’t have any clean comforter. We have to live with cover of comforter as a cover. Early morning no tea or coffee. It took their sweet time to serve. Staff education requires to handle customer. ”
