Ystävällinen palvelu ja siisti huone
Hotel Condorin palvelu oli todella ystävällistä. Huone oli suht yksinkertainen, mutta todella siisti, pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin ja lakanatkin 2-3 päivän välein. Ainoa asia mikä hotellissa häiritsi oli sen äänieristys, joka oli melko huono tai sitten meille sattui huono tuuri "naapurien" kanssa. Sijainti oli ok, näköala aamiaisterassilta kohti Italian mannerta, Etnaa ei hotellilta näkynyt.

Siisti pieni hotelli hieman keskustan ulkopuolella
Hotelli sijaitsee erittäin rauhallisella kadulla hieman keskustahälinän ulkopuolella. "Centroon" eli pääkadun alkuun on n. viiden minuutin kävelymatka. Hotellihenkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä, huone oli pieni, mutta siisti ja hotellin palvelut toimivat. Parasta oli aamiassalin näkymä merelle ja Calabrian rannikolle.

The view from the terrace where you eat breakfast is absolutely great! The breakfast was good and the staff was nice and polite. The location was good, only a 4-5 minute walk from the center. Only negative thing was the there was no fridge in the room and also the rooms weren't very soundproof so we were a little disturbed by the noise. Other than that we liked the place.

Condor-hotelli Taorminassa - paljon kahdeksi tähde
Kahden tähden hotelliksi tämä oli erittäin viihyyisä ja hiljainen. Ehkä kaksi tähteä tulee aamiaisesta, jossa ei ollut kinkkua, kananmunaa yms. Ehkä tämä oli sisilialainen aamiainen ja kyllä sillä kuitenkin pärjäsi. Ilmastointi toimi moitteettomasti, mikä oli tietysti erittäin tärkeää.

Hotel Condor was an excellent choice for our stay in Taormina. It is located an easy walk to the main tourist street. The room was very clean and beautifully appointed with a lovely view towards the med far below. The town is very fun and very touristy. Great shopping and some very interesting sights, especially the Greek amphitheater, an incredible feat of engineering. The hotel's breakfast buffet was very good and the seating on the patio overlooking the town and coast is very pleasant way to start the day. All in all a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Overall it was a nice place. Confusion on the perks for my stay. I didn’t care for the extra charges for breakfast or parking they seemed excessively high.

The staff was so lovely and helpful and while the hotel was not centrally located, the little walk up the hill was more than made up for by the extraordinary view and the wonderful staff.

I would definitely come here again. The owners/staff were wonderful and attentive. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and with a great seaview. It is a short walk to the piazzas, restos and shopping. The parking fee is worth it since there is nowhere to park in the city unless you are a resident. Once we arrived, we did not use our rental car again until it was time to leave. If you are going to Taormina, I highly recommend this charming, very personal hotel. Seeing Mt. Etna was a treat.

This is the perfect clean and comfortable hotel for a reasonable price. It provides a fantastic breakfast with the best view in Taormina. The location is perfect as it’s a 5 min walk from everything but not in the loud public streets. The staff we’re fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great hotel in its price range. Staff could not be better; all were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, but some of the decor is a bit dated. The bed was comfortable, a large bathroom and spectacular view from the small balcony.

The staff at Hotel Condor is fantastic! So kind, so helpful, so warm and friendly! The view of the sea from our rooms was gorgeous; rooms clean, comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend for a comfortable, welcoming, " feel like family" hotel atmosphere. Grazie mille!

5 stjerner til Hotel Condor - dejlig oplevelse
Rigtig god oplevelse med 3 overnatninger på Hotel Condor. Jeg boede på enkeltværelse med havudsigt og det levede op til mine forventninger . Søde og hjælpsomme front personale både i receptionen og ved morgenmaden, som i øvrigt var meget lækkert og noget af det bedste, jeg har fået i Italien . Hotellet ligger i kort gå afstand (5 min) til det gamle centrum. Jeg kan varmt anbefale Hotel Condor og kommer meget gerne igen .

Had a lovely stay at Hotel Condor. I had a room with a small balcony and water view. It’s location is very convenient to the town- 10 min walk. My only complaint was that the bed was hard and not comfortable to sleep.

Das Zimmer hat eine hohe Mauer vor dem Fenster dadurch ansehe düster. Im Badezimmer sollten die Hängevorrichtungen ersetzt werden die hängen nur noch lose an den Schrauben. Eine neue WC Bürste kostet nicht alle Welt. Diese hier war in ekelhaftem Zustand.

Honeymoon
We had our honeymoon here, and everything was excellent. The view is amazing, the room is spacious, and the service is fantastic. Everyone was super helpful. We had a lot of questions and requests to the staff from cable car timetable to day trips, weighing our luggage, having a breakfast pack eariler, printing my boarding card etc and we got everything. We even got prosecco and some snack as a gift for our honeymoon! Thanks for the staff!

Bra hotell med rätt läge i Taormina. Fantastisk utsikt från altanen när du äter frukost och middag. Tycker dock att 15€ par dag för att parkera bien är lite dyrt.

Overpriced and substandard
A valuable lesson learnt - after planning a trip to Toarmina our first hotel was bad so decided to change and found condor. Staff were friendly and yes it did have a sea view but....room was outdated, the bathroom was not clean and the view - well if you look over the construction site and unfinished buildings you’ll see the sea. What was most disappointing was the price....I booked online and as soon as I entered the room felt like I had been ripped off. We stayed one night and the next day left, it almost ruined our stay as I had given up on hotels over charging. My mother was sick and thought we should just cancel the holiday and come home. The night was noisy, could here the couple talking and in their phones until late and out room was under the restaurant so was woken up by chairs being dragged across the floor. By chance we found a hotel in Toarmina - central location near hotel metropole on the main parade.... same price 100% better in every way. The contrast from Condor to the one we found was incredible....stylish, interior designed, boutique. My problem isn’t wit condor per say, it’s with hotels in Toarmina massively over charging for a sea view....take my advice....with some searching and not requesting a sea view.....you will find much much much better rooms in much better locations.
